    Thank you it is a HP3802. Does it only heat when closed? Or will it heat while open?

    I just received my 15x15 clamshell heat press. It came is extremely vague instructions and I have followed the best I know how. I am new to heat presses but I cannot even get the press to heat up to try it out. Can someone help me?
