Many major brands have exclusive licensees so you can not get permission.....

Black in 751 is a staple......Yellow not so much but if you buy 10 yard roll you will use it if you offer it.....

Have you looked at transfer from Transfer Express?...

When you do an autotrace in Illustrator it gives you paths for the black object and for the white spaces.....I use my magic want tool to select all the white and delete them....Then you can check in layers to see if you got them all....
-
By looking at the layers you can find duplicate paths....
-
Does Corel have a layers tool?.....

Looking for 1st cutter - Something easy to use
roxanneupnorth replied to Shibby's topic in Pre-sale questions
I cut extra stuff for "stock" or I cut 8" wide strips off rolls and feed them lengthwise.... -
In Illustrator there is a function called "Expand" which fixes the problem you are describing.....There may be something similar in Corel Draw....
-
You can try to cut and paste..... Are you using your FILE > EXPORT menu?..... You might also try FILE > Publish to PDF > for editing

oracel 641 as a removable wall vinyl
roxanneupnorth replied to mimibland's topic in General discussion
No vinyl can be removed and reused.... -
It is a B&W printer that works well when printing on bright coloured paper....Pictures usually mean personal sales versus business sales and I avoid them like the plague.....I suppose an Epson 1100 with Cobra Inks would be better for pictures seeing how most folks that do pictures will want colour....I have many other options for key tags so I have never done them with my button maker....They look pretty flimsy to me...
-
I have a 2 1/4" system....The other sizes I outsource.....If I were to get a 2nd size, it would be 1"....

Looking for Cutter for Sand Blasting

I am thinking there might be a "Sand Carving" forum somewhere else that might better discuss the subject.... -
Any chance we can get some kind of directory system for uploaded artwork
roxanneupnorth posted a topic in General discussion
I was wondering if it might be possible to install some kind of directory system for uploaded art files?....There are tons of uploaded files on here but at times they are very hard to find....Some sort of catalog or directory software would help.....Then we can get some volunteers to try and organize it all....Any other ideas would be welcome..... -
Roger I think you are smarter than that.....The profit on just 1 sale while you are beating the bushes to save a few $s will pay any extra costs....Just buy a system and start making some money....

10 Must have items for a newbie on shoestring budget...
roxanneupnorth replied to jeff0246's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
If you are on a tight budget rolls of 651 in red and black and some banner blanks (and a few supplies)....You can get coroplast at most lumber yards 1 sheet at a time and cut it...When money permits rolls of 751 (for cars/trucks) in white and black.....I tend to sell a lot of banners because I "promote" them and because I have a 35.00 minimum on signs so I chase small orders away....But if you have time on your hands you can sell small signs for 15.00+ and it will help you make ends meet.....Good luck.... -
Every business in the world is saturated......What makes the difference is going out selling/marketing versus being an order taker....If sell you can be a problem solver and often get higher prices......To give you an example....I have a client that wanted to sell more fresh lemonade (3.25 each and no free refills) versus sodas.....I sold them buttons for the servers to wear, souvenir stadium cups and table tent cards...When their sales "zoomed" price was no longer an object....
-
In the last year I sold 34 orders and generated just under 3,000 in revenue.....They sell if you promote them.....I mostly sell business to business and I am knocking on doors almost every day....This is not a huge part of my business but like many things I sell, the sum of the part makes for a good living.....My machine was used when I got it, so I never found it hard to operate....
-
In my cutting program, if you stack 2 of the same object of different colours on top of each other in illustrator, when you select each colour to cut, each will have the same object....
-
I have a Tecre button system.....It has made me money for many years and I turn a lot of small orders away....My minimum charge is 35.00 and I get calls form folks that want a handful of buttons for b-day parties, etc.....But they do not want to spend 35.00....But you will find a lot of small businesses and clubs that want 100+....Bright neon paper is popular.......Get a good B&W laser printer and you will be set..... PS...Speaking of printers, www.newegg.com has a Samsung laser B&W for under 50.00 inc. shipping....Code is EMCYTZ46
-
It will only let you bold or italicize installed fonts that have that option... you can do it but you have to do it another way.....You can apply a stroke or shear.....I work in illustrator so can not tell you how to do it in Corel....
