Have you tried plugging it into the wall and pulling/replacing the battery while it is plugged in on power? Also you may want to visit the Toshiba site and see if there are any updates available for it (bios etc)

Hahaha good deal Someone had poated a super huge post about blogging. My black out comments were about that post which was deleted either by the uaer or a mod -
I always used a clean side of the cloth to wipe it off. It doesn't stick too well to the smooth glass.

Graphtec Studio - Trace is not tracing the entire image
Vermonster posted a topic in Other Software Programs
I'm a little baffled on this one. Was following along with that tutorial and when I make the box around the JPG I want it to trace to set up the contour cut, despite choosing the entire image, it only highlight's half. I've tried this as an EPS and as a JPG. I'm pretty sure I'm well within the constraints of 8.5x11 Any thoughts? It's almost like signcut or one of the other programs that only let's you do so large of an image while in Trial Mode... The thing I don't get is in this screenshot I extended the trace window and it's picking up the registration marks on the bottom, but none of the image just above the registration marks Pretty much the entire day has been spent on getting this one stupid thing done...and failing </Frustrated Rant> -

It's not a bad app honestly. Not the best, but it's not bad if you're doing something that just needs some quick text or something. I've been using it to try to figure out the contour cut - but I prefer Corel or Flexi personally -

Ok. http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator This installs as a printer option. You would just go to FILE > PRINT and it saves it as a PDF - which they can open. -
Graphtec Studio - How to change file format?
Vermonster replied to express2100's topic in Other Software Programs
Well, they have to be able to open it on their side to print it I think. Snipping Tool is too low of a resolution since these are business cards. I'd try the free pdf maker that installs as if it's a printer -

Oh, one thing you COULD try... Free PDF Maker. Gerdac PDF Creator or something alike. They basically install "as a printer" so you would go to FILE and PRINT and you'd choose the plugin for the Free PDF maker. Not sure of the resolution but that may be an option. -

I would be surprised if you could convert or open that in anything other than GS. It's proprietary. But if you figure it out, post it here cause I'd like to know. -

I hadn't found it either. I just did some through VistaPrint but I used Adobe Photoshop CS6 to do mine. Came out pretty nice. If you need any help, PM me -
Printed this via FlexiSign 10. It was an EPS (CYMK) on my Workforce 7010 on High Quality with Glossy Paper setting. It looks terrible. Printed on 3G Jet Opaque inkjet paper. It looks as if it's "Greyed out" or something. Colors look terrible. Was trying to use Flexi cause I'm having a really difficult time getting the print/contour cut to work and can't seem to get the print to work *sigh* Any suggestions? I shouldn't stress this much over a free shirt for a family member but I'd kind of like to figure this out as I have a couple possible jobs in the pike for the next week or two (based on this as a visual aid) Sally Final T-shirt.eps

I can try reinstalling tonight. Thx -
I ride. I go to bike shows. From my experience we don't mind paying more for custom anything Make some DILLIGAF stickers and other popular ones then offer custom work. Lots of business cards. Staples sells magnet backing for them too. People save magnets. Years ago I did home shows and our guys would give them out, weeks later we'd go in there home and blammo...business card would be on a magnet on the fridge You can also push heavily on doing custom work after the show Good luck!

Are you taking your cutter to do custom, on the spot items? Think Upsell Custom!!

I don't think we're saying the numbers look 'bad' I think we are just offering some constructive criticism. Sometimes less is more Another way you could also achieve an eye catching number, use less vinyl, have less labor... (I would just have rounded the corners in the box around the number - I forgot to) Just another perspective to consider. Gives you "2 colors" by using the truck's color, and stays more in line with the color scheme. Think it still pops. Something to think about on the next job... Good work though!!
