I would call the shots in this case. Make them send you a zipped folder with all the print ready files and run a batch print. Only issue...as you stated...tying up personnel by someone having to babysit and replace paper as necessary...which a multi-tasker could do while tending to other projects.
I would just outsource the job to a larger print shop and charge a "hassle fee". If they don't like the price they can simply move on. Big jobs are worth big $$
-
So they needed more than just prints?
I must be confused. Needing secretarial service IMO would be needing you to revise, edit, or proofread the files first. Print shops would be responsible for the downloading/printing, collating/sorting, and mail merge/adding postage info for direct mailing (if needed).
-
Probably your best bet not to take that job.
But If you did...
...Get quote from an actual print shop...add 20% for "hassle" fee and if they are willing to pay for the service still...you basically got a free payday

That iss true I never seen it either but then I typed flat back reflective on eBay got that link. However I believe that's still glossy, wonder if they could spray it with flat clear coat and if it would reflect. I personally doubt it, but worth a shot.Yeah I thought about that and also a matte lamination. Not sure what either would do to the reflective characteristics though.

Don't think "matte" reflective exists. I tried to find some months ago and ended up just ordering glossy black reflective after multiple dead end attempts.

I don't have the SUPERDUTY for the grill and tailgate only inlays for the F-250 and POWERSTROKE emblems on 2010+ models. What I would do is wrap over the grill/tailgate area and into the recess then carefully trim out by hand.

Love it!

I looked at the file doesnt look like it would be extremely difficult. I would be glad to help but it will most likely be the weekend before I can mess with it. If someone doesnt chime in that can do it before then ill take care of it for you.

I prefer using "stretchy" wrap vinyl for everything. It's a bit thicker than regular vinyl so your knife pressure needs to be greater but besides that the only real difference is the backing paper and the "air release" grid if it has it.
Now with that I have never used conform chrome just this mirror chrome...not stretchy. Actually kind of brittle and scratches easily.

Nice work. Following your page on FB now

My guess would be hidden layers/clipping masks or the "white" areas are just a stroke and the cut lines actually overlap. Post the file and I can assist with making it cut ready.

I would suggest to go with the wrap grade Avery SW900 for car body decals....stripes and large pieces such as hood/roof with complicated curves will be much easier with the wrap vinyl. Not to mention it will peel cleaner and leave less glue than regular vinyl when eventually removing the graphics.

Local guy gave me complete creative control of his truck last week after seeing some of my other work. Wrapped his hood and tailgate in Avery SW900 Matte Black. Wrapped the emblems in that same matte black and applied Oracal 951 Silicon Metallic as the "Ford", "F-150", Smoke Edition lettering to match the paint. Also gave him some custom "FX2 Smoke Edition" cut from 751 Matte Black. Its all about the little details when doing truck accents

Nice work man. Oh and that exercise ball use use for sitting on is a great idea.Thanks. Haha yeah its perfect height for doing the rocker panels on trucks.

You do such great work Moody. Nice job. That total package with the lift and tires and all just looks incredible. Thanks! Yeah this truck is a beast. 37" tires w/Method wheels and full long travel Fox and RPG suspension setup. Plus with the extra wide fenders I was afraid it wasn't going to fit in the garage lol

I switched up to a Wacam Intuos and havent missed my mouse since. Much more fun when you have that much control of design work. I got so used to it I actually put away my mouse...and its a great "security" system when my computer is booted up since nobody else knows how to use it

I must be doing something wrong, non of the websites offer pic for resolution for 53"x96", I even looked for any images of that size. You will have to buy the largest photo you can (300 DPI) and scale it up. If it looks blurry you may have to attempt to take one yourself or have a photographer take it. You won't find an 8' tall photo on the internet...

Very cool. My niche is Ford trucks. Lots of cool designs you can do for car clubs and vehicle specific groups...then you need to get into vehicle wrapping. Im actually wrapping an FJ cruiser before the end of the year
