I need help with a sign I'm making. It has a rectangular flag inside a portion of the sign that is also rectangular with curved corners. How can I delete the portion of the flag that hangs outside of the sign rectangle? brief example. I have a rectangle and a shape. I need to have half of the shape inside of the rectangle. The part of the shape that hangs outside of the rectangle I need to delete so that when I cut them as two separate layers there isn't part of the shape that I don't need. all of the shape that I want ti have after the cut is what goes inside of the rectangle. I cant crop it because the corners of the rectangle are curved. Is there a way to delete the excess of the shape that I don't need?

WOW this is an old thread but I need this font for a job. Can anyone help me out with the font Bank Gothic?

LIke the title says, I need a logo for my shop. I'm not a wiz graphic designer like most of you guys so I thought if someone was a little bored you may wanna whip something up. My buisness is Advanced Signs and Graphix. Just lookin for something that has an emphasis on the first letter of each word.. I'm thinkin like a crazy brush stroke or hand written design. Where the word. Advanced is over the top of the others and the word "and" is actually the "&" sign.

Advanced Signs and Graphix I understand your point Sue. I'm just really indecisive on it. That or I have a case of logo block. I can see it in my head but when I try to put it to design I can't seem to duplicate it.

What about offering him a discount equal to half the price of the magnetics if he lets you do the graphics on the van? Could be a good selling point.

Anyone have a vector of a AR-15 silhouette? just need something without much detail at all for a security sign. It'll be cut at about 2.5-3 inches long so the less detail the better. I also need a German Shepherd if anyone has a silhouette of one of those guys too. From a side angle. SVG would be amazing. Thanks in advance

Never done it but the idea sure sounds nice. What could it hurt to give it a shot one time. If it works out then it'll be a good score and if it doesn't then you're the cost of the spot, no biggie. I think that if you could setup your equipment there you could probably stay on top of your online orders. It would obviously be tight. I guess in a 10x10 space you can always go up if you cant go out so think of setting things up on shelves to get more equipment in the small space. It also seems like planning out exactly what you want to sell and stocking up on inventory before you the time gets here would be best, but whatever you decide on making/stocking stick to that and that only unless a huge demand comes up. Try to keep it as tightly organized as possible and you may just pull off a great investment.

How can I get the EPS to open in SCALP?? Sorry I realize this is a stupid question

So I scored a free roll of white magnet material. It's 24" x about 20'. What would be the best thing to do with this stuff. I was thinking of cutting it up and running a special on magnet signs for the construction/ landscaper types. Two magnets 18x24 single color for $40. Any thoughts?

Didn't want to hijack an earlier thread. I had a guy call me on saturday asking me to put graphics and lettering on 2 gokart bodies he is working on for his son to race. Has anyone had experience working on gokarts? It seems like it will be a fun job. Any advice? or pics of jobs done?

Hey guys, I use SCALP 3 with my Us Cutter SC series cutter. I have it loaded on my laptop. Per the install instructions I can only have it installed on one computer at a time (am I right on this). I'm looking for a free software i.e. Inkscape or whatevs that I can load on my desktop that I can just send straight to my cutter and not have to take it from the desktop and then load it into SCALP on my laptop to cut. any help is always appreciated.
