  3. First post could use some help. Just purchased a Refine MH721 about a week ago from USCUtter. Running Vista with USB connection. Cutter grounded to stand. First started to have problems when cutting larger Graphics. (22inx44in) Cutter would cut deeper on Right hand Side then left. Made many adjustments and tests with pressure, blade depth, and the offset. Checked the cutting strip (seems to be seated well) I also am experenceing the problem when using the test function on the cutter. One side of box almost is left unscored and the other side almost down to the backing. The cutter would also stop in the middle of these larger jobs without notice. The next concern I have is with the carriage arm. The arm seems to be on track all around. Howeve the tip of the blade isnt directly over the cutting stip. The bracket holding the arm in place (inside the top housing) appears to be rubbing on the circuit below and screws/bolts holding this in place. It make a grinding sound when passing through this part of the tracking and is causing the bolts and circuit to become worn. I attached a few pictures for referenc to the carriage bracket and unevenly cut vinyl. I appreciate any help or suggestions, I have already found this fourm to be very helpful. Thanks in advance, Steve
