cohort replied to CRD's topic in T-Shirts and/ or Garments
you want pimpashirt.com.. -
In Corel, you would use the Envelope tool.
-
Windows or Linux/Mac?
-
You can without, too. Just set the laser offset to 0.
-
you're looking for this one, right?
-
On windows, yes. See this for more info: http://www.inkscapeforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=797

Yeah, slow is right - a much better option for trying it out is with a 'live' usb drive. I like UNetbootin for making live usb sticks (it does all the work for you).

In Corel, I would duplicate the text, convert to curves, break the curve apart, delete the unnecessary bits and recombine the remainder. Then I would apply the outline to it, give it no fill and move it below the original. Hope that helps.

Start with one already in vector format or a higher resolution bitmap...

It's a custom font by Adidas. See http://www.t-shirtforums.com/heat-press-heat-transfers/t45012.html for more info.

Wherever there is white in the picture will show through shirt color. So everything will have a shirt-color cast to it.
-
Probably easier just to redo it - looks like about a half-hour of art time.

It took a bit of searching, but I found some videos on the subject: http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=C44ECC85FEA1D2F9

Need Help...Tried Everything

A crease on the backing paper? That means too much pressure. With proper pressure and blade depth, you should just barely be cutting through the vinyl without marring the substrate. -
If it's in sK1, it'll be in the next version of Uniconverter, too.. So, eventually, it'll be in Inkscape. Uniconverter is written in Python, so it's cross-platform.

It's not. It's inkjet paper for heat transferring printed images onto garments.
