I don't have that cutter, but how thick is that material? Maybe you need to make 2 passes when cutting, looks like the blade is extended out to far to me, maybe slow the machine down also

Is that Aqua pulling away from the carrier? If so it's junk.

The Specialty Materials stuff is no doubt going to be the same, I have cut Thousands of yards of the stuff and never have been able to use a Clean Cut blade on it. What are your settings on your machine? Are you using the OU 9 blade? I use blades from this Company.

You may try to apply more remover and then heat press it with a teflon sheet, that sometimes will pull the adhesive off, sometimes

Or a piece of coroplast

Back off the pressure and lower the heat, and, make sure you cover with teflon, that's what we do for performance wear type jackets,(we do hudreds per year) using Siser Glitter and rhinestones

Are you plugging the dongle directly into the computer or an external port base? Have you tried shutting down your computer and restarting? What version of Flexi?

I might be late to the party but, if you're cutting that in vinyl don't forget to mirror.

Yes I select my image and convert to 300dpi, orientation is correct, page size selected is the same size as the paper I'm using, like I said it doesn't do it all the time, but then I say screw it, and print, press, and it looks fine. It's just annoying.

Sometimes I get these issues even after I convert to bitmaps and chose 300dpi and it is dead center of the page size? I still print and turns out fine, just wondering why I get these, but not all the time.

I'd much rather cut from Flexi than anything, a heck of a lot faster than any of the cutmaster programs
