It's not getting off topic, re-draw or go to brands of the world and get the Ohio State O/Logo and add the text, not that difficult, everybody here is dang good about helping one another

If that is the number you need, take a good picture straight on and re trace it, would take about 5 minutes...

Does it really matter if you convert your image to a Bitmap if it was done in vector format? Just curious.

You may have to update the firmware within the Graphtec? I had to do that when I switched to CM3, on my windows machines

It was something with my older windows 7 machines, on my windows 8.1 & windows 10 it works pronto..

Well after printing it to a substrate, she looks like it's back to normal, thanks for the help, and suggestions

I think I missed an adjustment when I aligned the heads, I re-adjusted them and it printed fine, now to put it on a substrate and see what goes, but it looks much better. But I still have that smudge in the nozzle check, but the tech at sawgrass said not to worry to much about it, although she didn't see a picture of it.

All of the alignments are good, that's what's strange

Not off my printer but just like it, I did the capping station cleaning and several head cleanings, and still the same results

It looked like it was grouped together, but I don't think i'm understanding your question either. What software are you using?

I just printed something using all black and it left a little red outline around some text. Thanks I'll give it a whirl.

Is there any need for alarm with my nozzle check looking like this? It appears to be printing fine after aligning, and a head reposition (and head cleanings)? Thanks for any advise.

They answered me back on FB, they said with all the events going on , oops! I replied with "then I suppose you'll let me in free this year" They said , yes!
