Only problem is that material is expensive and so is the ink.

Cut it with a router. But use a high helix bit designed to do so. A wood bit is for just that. Wood. Not plastic.
-
your going need to order a lot more than that for any significant savings. But if you do frequently order I do suggest going to a local supplier. In a short time prices will be below what online places have unless you only order bits here and tads there. Call around. Talk to your local area reps. There is better pricing out there if you go for it and actually talk to suppliers rather than look at websites.

If he has the same hood there is no way to account for how someone is going to install/stretch it. Only way is either paint or use a filament line to keep the lines straight and correct. if it is more flat hood than no prob.

970RA and a roll of Wrapcut.

I have 1 customer that gets a few hundred at a shot.

Plus my gomers here would just sit and watch the oven if I let them use wraps. They are all idiots. Fired 2 within the last 3 weeks. Down to one. Anyone need a job??? lol

I got 2 STA 5 station presses. running one about 40 a hour pretty easily. Running 2 about 60. Can do more but gets hard to keep up.
-
Also make sure to heat soak a blank mug or 2 to ensure even heating across the pads prior to starting.
-
I do mugs in my 5 slot presses for 185 seconds. I tried wraps, IMO they take to long and are to cumbersome. Takes way to long to run lots of em. Load the mugs up side down. More heat the better is what I have found. I am right at the edge of scorching the paper, turning it a tad bit brown actually.

Its a Polaris and completely different than the Can-Am Spyder. -
Tables can never be big enough IMO. You will find it way to easy to outgrow them.

So do I. Been Using Flexi since 7.0

You can install in multiple places, all you want really, You just need the correct dongle for that install in the pc for it to open. For the op, looks like a driver issue for the dongle. Older versions like that do not like the updated driver for the dongle. Just use the one on your disc and do not update it.

All cutters will contour cut. Just some do it manually. -
lot more to it than just tracing. Takes a lot to get them to fit correctly. Stripes are a pain.

Thats either gunna be spendy or time consuming. I doubt anyone will share something like that as they do cost quite a bit. Best bet is to get your hands on a car and design your own.

I never said much. again you go with the bs. You like to change the conversation into what you like to hear. And yes I buy art. I do not trace it or copy it. I pay for it. If I did not create it I make sure the person who did gets paid. I would say 10-15 percent of the art here is purchased. Some weeks more. Sometime farmed out to respected artists also. Never crowd sourced, hate the whole idea of it and believe it is the demise of the industry. I am not calling out your work why are you so inclined to look at mine? I never said i was artist and you were not. I merely was stating my workflow and how I do things in my shop. You can link wiki all you want I still have yet to have someone come ask me to do any vector-rendering, ever. And I have spent a good portion of my life in photoshop. 8 hours a day for years. Just cause I find something else easier does not mean I do not know it.
-
You meant my traces? Is that what a vector-render is? Cause I am quite sure I have very few if any at all. Like I said I recreate only as a last resort and draw or purchase everything if I need art. For me it is almost always faster and gets better results. But more often than not I use supplied art by the customer, if they bring me something that is what they get. Almost all my work is B to B so mostly logos, branding and advertising, book covers, magazine ads and the like. I have never had anyone bring me in a picture and ask me to vector-render it.

Biggest Mistake You've Made At a Sales Event?
mopar691 replied to OWJones's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
I saw Under Armour logos printed on Gildan shirts with the Gildan tags and all this weekend in Two Harbors. He was selling the crap out of them for 30 bucks a piece. -
