Does anyone have an outline for a 2000 Yamaha GPR series? I do not believe there is a difference in them but I am trying to make a layout for a GP1200R. This is my first jetski to work on.

You can export straight into signcut from Illy. I would size it in illustrator how you want it then turn off the layer you dont want to cut and export straight to signcut. Then just do the other layer the same way. Incase you dont have Illustrator setup to export to signcut here is the plug-ins signcut has for it. http://www.signcutpro.com/SignCut-Productivity-Pro/signcut-export-plugins.html

Does anyone have the mustang reverse C stripe (Boss stripe) layed out for a 05-09 mustang? I have searched on the forum and did not find one. Thanks for any help you can provide

If you get the UPC # off the mugs you can do a search for them on the dollar tree website. You can buy online and have them either shipped to your store or straight to your hosue.

I got two rolls from 3M as well and just cut them down with my chop saw but like the others have said someone local will slit it for $1 then just have them do it.

Military Decal Helmet, Boot & Gun in Eps?

Just some FYI - This is called the soldiers cross. -
If you are looking into getting into sublimation I would like towards Conde Systems and RPL Supplies for getting your setup and supplies. They have much more to offer for sublimation. photomugs.com also carries sublimation stuff, however, the presses they carry are chinese presses. They are cheaper but do not work nearly as well as a Hix or George Knight.

I am looking for this as well if anyone has it available it would be a great help. Thanks.

Here is a link to them at Conde. I use them and have really like the results. http://www.dyetrans.com/detail.php?item_no=U5948 Here are two that I have done before using a silver plate.

Looks good. have you thought about printing it on one of the silver plates? It looks like its printed on one of the white ones.

I have found that if I send a file to SC from illustrator the first time I try to cut it SC crashes. If I then unplug the USB from the computer and plug it back in it will work the next time. I am running windows 7 and CS4. It i kind of aggravating to do every time I connect the cutter to the computer to cut something but it works.

Which vinyls are YOUR standard?
th31d10t replied to hawkeyeent's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
I use 631 for my indoor wall art decals then normally 651 for all my other decals. I just had someone request my to do the side of their vehicle and I think I am going to use 751 for it. -
What would you charge for this?
th31d10t replied to master design decals's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
If you do not normally stock translucent vinyl then make sure you get enough to cover materials and time. You are looking at about $75 ea for a 24" x 10yd roll of cast vinyl. That puts you at $225 plus time so I don't think I would do it for less than $300. But I might be way off on my pricing I'm kinda new to this as well. -

What substrate are you putting it on or are you just providing the decals for them to install? -
I do not have the exact measurements yet. Its a mid 90s chevy 1500 extended cab.
-
What would you charge for the work below? This is the first customer I have had that has asked for something bigger than a window sticker. I am looking at using Oracal 751 or 951. The customer is looking at possibly doing two trucks like this. Thanks for your help.

ink and printer questions for heat transfer
th31d10t replied to mcpreacher's topic in T-Shirts and/ or Garments
I use sublimation ink to do my transfers. The draw back to this is that the shirts have to the either 50/50 or 100% polyester. Also I have not found a way to print on black shirts. The major pro is that you can not feel the transfer on the shirt. When the sublimation ink is heated it turns into a gas and then actually dyes the fibers of the shirt. One of my clients is a lawn service and they love the shirts and said they will not go back to cotton screen printed shirts.
