Incorrect, I have attached a picture (sorry for the crappy phone pic) of my current decal that IS printed on clear vinyl. This is not a layered vinyl job. I'm really not sure why this is so difficult. I'm sure this is going to start a debate, but this is a very easy job that I can do I just need them fairly quickly and just thought without buying the materials I could sub them out and have them done on here. Clear Inkjet Adhesive Sheets , follow that link to simple inkjet clear adhesive sheets that would simply be printed out and then contour cut on a cutter.

It doesn't have any white on it. It is a 1.5" X 3" clear sticker with red and black text on it. Should be very simple to do I would think.

Anyone else have this problem or have any suggestion?? To start off papilio changed their PGF8511KH to anyone who uses it and likes it. I ordered some a month or 2 ago and went thru all 100 sheets and loved the stuff. Ordered some this week and got it and it's different. I don't like it as well. I called to see if maybe it was a mistake or mispackaged and they told me it did indeed change. It is the same material (NO IT'S NOT) with a different backing. It is definitely NOT the sames stuff. It distinctly feels different. ******RANT OVER******** Anyway my GX-24 always has problems finding registration marks when I use the glossy film. Does anyone else have this happen? It's driving me crazy. I tried a couple different printers thinking it might be the ink or something, but no luck on 3 different printers. Sometimes it looks and goes right over the first mark and sometimes when I hit cut, it goes back and forth 2-3 times just moving half an inch or so and then stops. Any suggestions?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Very good thread idea. We have done a couple of these and each time I feel like my setup is very lacking compared to others. I'd love to see other's setups to get ideas. Doug

It kinda all started when I started using refillable cartridges from Cobra, but I stopped using them and went back to oem with no luck. I can't get my GX-24 to recognize my registration marks now either. I'm just really frustrated with it. Everyone raves about it and I had luck with it for awhile and now it just isn't producing good results.

I just don't get it. I've tried all these things. Just printed another test with some oranges, blacks, grays, and whites. All the colors came out good except for the grays and blacks, they came out blue for some reason. Printed them out on my work printer and they all came out perfect. Not having any luck with this 1100 like everyone else does, and I just don't know what to do to fix it.

I ended up just printing it in grayscale. Cartridges are in the right spot. It still prints funky though, just doesn't print real vivid colors. I don't know if it's me and what I'm doing in illustrator or what. I'm using CMYK, but it usually doesn't come out looking like what's on my screen.
