Please help!! I keep getting the following error when I try to cut one of my more elaborate files. I really don't want to have to redesign it, but the program shuts down everytime I try to cut or export the file. I have tried copy and pasting into a new file and re-saving with a different name, but the same error occurs no matter what I do. I am able to cut other files just fine. Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library: Runtime Error Program: C:\Program Files (x86)... This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. Who exactly is the "application's support team" and how would I contact them?! This stuff always happens when there is deadline near!! Ugh! Also, apparently, I can't upload the scut3 files here to have someone take a look at... Thanks! ~JLynn

Ugh. Now, after I hit CUT, a Tile Cut window pops up. I click on Cut Tile and I get the following error message "Can not open the output device. Error initializing cutter." My cutter is online and ready to go....

I just got a USCutter MH871-MK2 and have been using SCALP well for my work. I just found a design that I needed to develop in SB. Now I can't seem to find the right cutter to actually cut the job. I don't see my cutter as an option under all the selections for SB. Am I totally screwed? I need to work with it to become more familiar with SB, but I'm stressing to get this job completed on time... Thanks!

You are my hero! I did that, but now I can't seem to move this file into the SCAL3 Pro to add it to the rest of my design for cutting.....

I am trying to curve only the top (or bottom) part of my letters. I am in a time crunch situation and am hoping that there is a simple tutorial that I am just missing. I don't want the entire word to be on a circle as I see in some tutorials, just the top half. I have attached a pic to show what I am talking about. I have the rest of the design done, but the "I think to myself" part I can't figure out. Any ideas or hand-holding would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! jlr

Ugh. Just kidding. This is not as fun as I thought. I think I am missing something because the welding is not working for my project. I have three shapes I am welding into one and if I click weld on all three it doesn't change the outline view to show the welding. I see in the help tutorial on SCAL that it looks faded where the welding occurred when viewing outlines only and I cannot get to that point, no matter what combination of welding I select. Any suggestions?

I love this! I was struggling with the same issue on some graphics I layered and was about to give up! This is so much more fun that I thought it would be!!
