I am completely inexperienced and this may be a dumb question but I gotta ask: How do you get the red Specialized logo with a perfect white outline without a printer??!! This is exactly the type of work I am hoping to learn to do, but I have no idea where to start, all I have in terms of software is sure cuts pro.

I'm new to it all, know nothing about anything, but I love decals, and custom shirts so I bought a US Cutter and a heat press! I have Sure Cuts Pro, no other design software I have played around with 5 or 6 things, looking for pointers on creating two color text designs mostly, can I even do them with the program and equipment I have? I am also interested in creating graphics for dirt bikes , can this be done without a vinyl printer? Thanks in advance!
