A red Rumble bee eh? lol! Looks good brother. -
I like the very first one you posted with just the green outline, matches the thin lines of the 'logo' very well.

You might be holding the decal to firmly with your left hand, if yer nervous you'll be more inclined to hold too much tension in it and cause it to bubble and pucker, just a thought. I had very little luck with the soapy water solution on glass, seemed to take forever to get the decal to bond, I use RapidTac 2 as it also doubles as a cleaner.

Are you hinging the decals when you apply them?

Very nice. Question, how much ink do those prints eat up? Is it huge coin in ink or marginal?? -

5 bucks says he's feeding the vinyl ONTO the rollers on the back of his cutter to freewheel as opposed to putting the roll ONTOP of two rollers to feed. -

Dang what did you do to get kicked out ? Thre was alot of alcohol involved and some woman that wouldn't shut up about raisins er something. -
I use it, bought my first cutter from Signmax, its good but leaves something to be desired as far as designing in it, I do my stuff in Illustrator & then export it to Winpcsign to cut it. I only have the basic version that came with the cutter so some of the features are disabled like live trace. I was having some problem with it recognizing the cutter in the cut screen on the USB connection, but the last update seems to have fixed it.

I do alot of stuff for car clubs as well and generally speaking automakers will allow enthusiast clubs to use their logos so long as you dont alter it in any way, and are doing it not for profit. In other words your just selling it to members of the club and not flogging them at swap meets or flea markets etc. FORD seems to be very protective of their logos so I steer clear of anything that involves their stuff but Ive gotten written permission from Dodge before, Honda even sent me .ai files of their stuff when I asked to use it for a Honda enthusiast club. -
I only do this stuff as a hobby & clean as I go. I have another 50+ hour a week job plus a 1 year old plus the usual house crap and other activities to deal with; guess im just OCD like that lol!

oh that is so not right - nobody's workspace should be that clean and organized! LOL LOL! I cleaned up a bit for the picture but generally it stays fairly clean as I HATE working in clutter.

I loved my old cutter too but the high end cutters are just........ well yeah you'll find out.... lol! -
i disagree with midwaste, I hinged a huge banner doing it wet but I squeegeed the everloving crap out of it and it came out fine. The hinge was in the middle of 10 foot long text to keep it straight.

Very new to pricing! One color 8"x3"
Booper replied to danthedesignman's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
For big stuff thats dead easy to weed i sit around 20 bucks a linear yard for 24" vinyl so that big one I'd be around 40 bucks. Smaller one maybe 20. -
Anyone??........ Anyone??....... Bueller?........ Bueller?..........
