Don't you just love it ?

yep..ole floor dimmer switch. Precious memories. Remember when you raised the hood and could see the ground and actually get to and work on something without removing 3 parts to get to the one you needed to?

Does anyone know of a way to check the motherboard? When switched on the carriage activates, the lights on the control flicker then nothing. The LED screen does not light up either. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

My main supplier would cut the acrylic as needed for a small charge (when buying a full sheet). Use the remainder on another job later. Translucent vinyl can be ordered by the ft so this should be a nice profitable job for you. Good reference for future jobs also. I'd give it a shot if I were you. Learn by doing. Just my $.02.- 1

Check out NCH software. I've been using the EXPRESS INVOICING and it does everything I need. It took a little time to set up the "ITEMS" but works great for me. Did I mention that it's free (for small business with less than so many employees) GOOD LUCK.

Best of luck !

Pretty cool

I'd be at about 24.00 and discuss quantity discount. Printing(farmed out) would be a consideration though

I'd be in the 150 range depending on travel time. Nice lookin work

As for me I would be using 24" vinyl and for ease of installation, I'd do it as seperate lines with spacing "pre marked" to tie it all together. Just my $.02

As most will agree, pricing totally depends on YOUR area and other shops pricing. Don't be afraid to "ask" what price someone paid for a trailer "job". They'll tell you if they think it was a fair price or not. I've picked up some really good jobs and repeat business this way and still making good money.

Insta 715
in Heat Presses
Posted
never done any "heatpressing". Afriend in the printing business Wwho also does a lott of signsand graphics gave me an INSTA press model 715. He said itt didn't work. Brought it tto my shop, lubricaled the bottom ram, swing away top and it all works. He didn't realize that air had to be connected to operate. Questtion is, the micro (limit) swittch is broken and when butttons are pressed, nothing happens. There is a red butttton on tthe air manifold when depressed, acttivatted the lower plattten. Anyone familuar enough with this product to advise. Seems to be a realy heavy dutty machine. Thanks in advance for any help !
