Moes Decalz

I have a Mh 721, lately it starts the cut just fine and all of a sudden just stops, blade stays down. the screen on the computer that says sending output to printer stops, "the blue bar that moves left to right"anyone know what the issue would be? I am using SignBlazer software.. never had this issue before.. not sure if its something with the cutter or my computer or the software..any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance. I connect USB

I can test the carriage from the wires on the motherboard.. i unplug it and test the 2 white wires going up to the carriage witha 9 volt battery and it jumps up and down.. so im guessing its the motherboard.... I did the 9 volt test on the old carriage before i called tech support and it moved up and down.. i told tech support that but they still said it could be the carriage.. $25.00 +$9.00.. says i shouldve just ordered the motherboard.. knew it. hey its only $$$ right

I have a MH 721, have owned it for a couple years.. the blade stopped going down to cut on the vinyl... i reviewed other issues on here sounded like the Z chip.. bought one, installed.. no luck.. called tech support.. they said turn on the machne and what does the blade do.. i said nothing. doesnt go up and down. he said its teh carriage.. i ordered that just installed it.. guess what still nothing.. any ideas what it would be?.. im guessing next they will say motherboard.. what else is there to replace right.. any help would be appreciated!!.. I have a huge job to do this weekend.. but it doesnt like it will happen.. very frustrated!!! Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone thanks in advance for any help. I have a image i am trying to get ready to cut. I am new at using Inkscape and Signblazer. I want to do 2 layers. Can someone please tell me how to do this or direct me someplace that expains it. I want to be able to cut the yellow out as one cut and then the blue out as another cut. how do i get the 2 to seperate? My brain isnt working tonight. I am getting a new cutter. MH 721 hopefully this week . I usually use a roland sx15. I really dont care for Dr Stika!!.. So can someone please give me a hand on how to do this in signblazer or inkscape . Thanks very much
