Microsoft's Charney Suggests 'Net Tax to Clean Computers http://www.pcworld.com/businesscenter/article/190581/microsofts_charney_suggests_net_tax_to_clean_computers.html basically it saying that everyone will be tax so the world will be clean of IT viruses and what got me is " inspection and quarantine of machines" how are they going to do that ? knock knock hey guess what we noticed you have a virus we need all your PCs - or cant connect to the internet one day - call them up sorry you have a virus you have been spreading fix it or no interenet my thoughts why doesn't Sir Gates fix it so PCs cant be infected - right now any small virus can infect a system that isn't running a virus program. why is that shouldn't the OS be taking care of most of the issues. hmmm world economy -- no virus no add ware no spam = no MacAfee no jobs no Norton no jobs hmmm TAX people that can barely make it in todays market so they cant be able to make it tomorrow it said that he spent millions ok that is 2million -- Sir Gates alone not Microsoft. just him is worth $53 billion do a little math its about .0004% give or take of his net worth wow you me and everyone else - net worth easy numbers 100,000 give or take PC that needs to be protected - $500 software per year $150 the internet they want to tax $300 per year and then may get more software to protect - $50 ------ do a little math we pay out 1% WOW what's wrong with this picture why are we paying out so much more your net worth is $50K that would be 2% it can just keep going up sorry i just thought of one more thing if our net worth was 100K and we paid out all that at his rate of .0004% if im figuring all tha tright we would pay out $40 for all that sorry im tired hope I didn't piss anyone off

i dont believe stroke style will not change the cutting area -- if you have a stroke of .1 inch it will cut in the middle if you have a stroke of 1 inch it will still cut in the middle stroke is just a single cut it isnt cutting one both sides of the stroke well thats how it is for me but my stuff is a little diffrent than most

try click on image ctrl + shift + ) that is short key for outset -- of you can go to on eof the drop down from the top dont remember what one -- sometimes that doesnt work not sure but worth a try ------ can you post the image

sorry but normally i wouldnt say anything but the quote " If you want something better,spend some money." really got me thinking we use OS linux -free Design inkscape - free sk1 - free to cut with TUX PLOT - free you dont always get what ya pay for - we have been using linux for a while now a we love it and you dont always have to spend money to get something better - after we have gotten it up and going its been great well never go back we also got the MH series and have had nothing but problems with it all customer service said (when they would call us back) was you need a new mother board - 3xs and since that got old to hear we upgraded to a Graphtec and we love it will never look at another brand ----- if interested we have a 15 inch for sale since we upgraded we have a spare sorry to hear that you had so many problems

o ok got ya - yes your completely right - its very grainy the pic is a poor one - the one i did i used inkscape - but did more than just trace a quick tear apart and put back together - but yes if its a good pic you can use the colors option

im not at home right now to do it but it looks like it would be easier to trace the to vector off of that trace all the black - then trace all the red

it will not give you sperate layers for each color that is where it gets fun do a trace then copy paste it in the same window - then take out the nodes to make one layer -- ie if you want the black take out all the nodes for the red then you will have a black layer - then take out all the black nodes then you will have a red layer - put them on top of each other wala you have you layers or if you have problems with that - takin out the nodes can be a pain at times - vector it - you will then be left with an image take your square circle and other items block out the area that you dont want for a layer - you want black layer then block out all the red (use color white) cant cut that becouse the sqares will cut -- but if you exprt that as a picture then save it and re vector the white will be gone you will have you black layer do the same for the red

ok that isnt too bad when you do a trace you want the red to change to white you will then have a 2 color white and black - but when you cut the white put in red vinyl

wow how many layers do you have in that - what did you use to vector that

hey BannerJohn whats the chance of getting a Linux board - mac has one - i know its not going to be too popular but i will do everything i can to help out in that section - it would be great for the few of us that want Linux - and it would would really help us out a one stop shop for Linux since allot of the off brand software is used in Linux and windows it makes it hard to determine if inkscape is windows ver or linux ver just a thought thanks

i added a few of videos on youtube 1 how to set up a cutter in linux 2 how to install the TUX PLOT 3 how to cut there very quick videos only 2-3 min each but its straight forward and to the point please be kind it was my first time doing a video
