In Flexi, simply convert it to curves then triple click it to bring up the nodes or you can select it then choose the node tool.

I agree 100% I've seen some really nice work get bogged down with someone getting font happy.

That looks great. wanting to try this, how much air pressure do you use for a project like this? thanks

Looks great...Any chance you would share those graphics with the rest of us?

"HORIZON" needs to be tightened up. but thats my opinion, New Moon
-
I like what you have done there, I would adjust the kerning a little (too much space between each letter, needs tightened up) but otherwise i like it. Good idea to have some sample signs on hand to show customers what you can do. also helps to develope good logo design skills as well as layout. Good work! keep it up. New Moon

Seeing that you are in the Louisville, Ky area. Have you ever tried Wolf Printables? I am in the Southeastern part of Ky and i buy from them. Also for embroidery, try Stitch Designer there in Louisville, there are probably more and the fact that you are in that area you might know of some better ones, if so please post them here. thanks, New Moon

Its this type of work that i really enjoy seeing. Great job on the design, nice choice of fonts. looks like a flawless application on that window. I think its also good to point out to some on here wondering about the proper size of a window graphic, take this one as an example, perfectly sized to fit the window it is applied to. looking forward to seeing more of your work! This is a project I did a while ago. This is a combination of paint, paint mask and hand lettering,as well as some vinyl. the substrate is 3/4 mdo board. I sealed the edges to make it last longer outdoors. The base paint is oil enamel that was custom mixed for the red color that the customer requested. The pictures dont show the final finished product as it was actually a two panel that faced two different ways. New Moon Graphics

That Job complete install included was about $500.00 But it all depends on your area, some get more, some get less. New Moon Graphics

I used a custom mixed oil based enamel, the customer gave me a paint chip and i took that to the local hardware store and had them mix me up some oil enamel. First i rolled on 2 coats of primer, then i rolled on 2 coats of base color with a foam roller. New Moon Graphics

No, I used MDO Board. MDF is different, it wont last out doors. MDF is fiber board. MDO is a type of plywood that is used alot for sign making, but its not pressure treated. you have to seal the edges with a type of water proof compound. I use a wood putty made by Bondo they are the same company that makes auto body filler, it works real well to seal the edges with. MDO is just what i got used to using, I'm sure there are others out there that would work just as good, But I wouldn't recommend MDF for outdoor use. New Moon Graphics
