Not only do we need Medical Reform but the whole campain contributions needs reform, what ever happened to the line in their oath about representation "For The People"? It's always about Money and who has the most. "thou who has the most shall get served first" And where are these Programs that are supposed to help people in need??? Seems like the only people that qualify are the people who know how to take advantage of the system to their advantage......More Reform???

    Lets help BannerJohn out!

I know all about this......7 years of dealing with a daughter with Cystic Fibrosis...............basically it's put our family in financial stress. Sarah met her medical maximum when she was 3, at that time she was listed as uninsurable. Since, We have been on State insurance. Let's be honest here, State insurance doesn't cover a whole lot.........She's sick enough where my wife quit her job to take care of her, as the cost of an "in-house" nurse was more than either of us made in a month supplimented with the insurance. So now, one income, approximately 3k to 4k in medications per month, constant medical care from my wife and now we find out she needs a Lung Transplant, she's reached that stage.....at 7! Here's the best part.....we noticed our auto and home insurance kept increasing.......How do you ask??? Insurance Companies are now allowed to use your credit status to base your premiums on. It's bad enough that we are going to have to sell our house before it gets forclosed, but talk about kicking you while your down......They hit you harder, make you jump through hoops.....have we some stories.............and what shall we expect for the transplant........Is this a country that takes care of it's people? not only do they not but they let others extort you also......

WOW.....slow down Don....I don't think I would take it personally....but you really need to give people time not everyone is going to make a reply; when you react like that not many people care to reply, I can't believe you would get so worked up so quickly.

    Window Landscape

I use a spray bottle with Dawn dishsoap, About 50 drops in a quart size bottle. I also use a 3M black rubber squeegee with larger area's but the plastic squeegee on small area's. Spray the window and the sticker, smear it around and lay the decal on slowly squeegee down from the middle moving out on each side. Let sit for about 10 minutes and take off app tape. The dawn is about 1/3rd the cost of application fluid and lasts me about 1 year. I put on about 150 to 200 graphics on cars & windows a year (large graphics). I actually like it better than the application fluid and...well it cost less.

    Business Card Draft

I like the design, it fits very well in todays economy, it shows your creative ability and gives the "customer" the impression of your creative ability. I do agree however that the "com" needs to go, I would put it on the back in small print as that is where your info is. I would also make the design on the front more transparent to make the name easier to read, that's the important part. I like to accent, either with like or opposite colors it adds to the definition of the layout. I've held various advertising/graphic design positions, this is good work, be proud of it.

    another "FNG"

Hello all. I'm from Kenosha, Wisconsin, have a copam 2500, it's pretty nice. I bought it to do the lettering on My own truck and utility trailer (I'm in the construction business), I figured I couldn't go wrong, the cutter and supplies were cheaper than having someone do it. So now I'm in the vinyl business too; I think......Other equipment, HP 750C plotter - I've been told I can use this to print on vinyl as well as doing my construction prints, I just need to learn how to do it. Any help? SignBlazer Elements, Autocad 2002 and some other "weak" programs. What cutting program does everyone seem to like the best and what Graphics program is the best? I would also like to know where I can get some good graphics, fonts etc.? What kind of vinyl is the easiest to work with? I guess, what's everybody using???

  24. Wondering if anyone can tell me what the problem is. I am in the drawing side of signblazer 6, finished designing my window graphic, sent it to the Cutter and all of the text is scrambled. I would be happy to send the file to someone if they want to look at it. I'm so new at this I'm not sure what I did wrong. Thanks
  25. I have the sign Blazer Elements 2008 CD, I've loaded the software and started using it, of course it's the demo version. I was starting to put together a multi layer Decal and could'nt find the registration marks, it said it was under Draw. I've also noticed a few other commands that are not there compared to the manual...is there an update I need to get? and where would I find that?
