I figured that out finally. I didn't have the outline box ticked.

I have a laserpoint and running signblazer and have for a few years. Yesterday, all of a sudden my work space will not work. I can change the numbers in the pop up box but it won't appear in the work space. All I get is white space with the rulers on the top and sides. I can bring up a file properly sized and all but it's a pain not to have a properly sized box to start a new file in but I have figured a work around but like I say, it's a pain. I deleted it from my hard drive and reinstalled it three times, once from my thumb drive where I down loaded into my new computer (worked fine for three months) and twice from links found here. It worked fine one day when I exited it an then the next day it didn't. Help please.

Thanks joker. I have been using this program for over 3 years and know how to make it do what I want it to. This was the first time it wouldn't. Anyway, for what ever reason, it is working fine again. Who knows, I sure don't but it seems to be fine now.

I just got a nother computer and hooked it to my old one with a flip switch which will let you run two computers with one mouse and monitor. I also bownloaded signblazer into the new computer also. My problem is when I go to the cut screen to select colors to cut it will only let me select one. Most of my stuff has two. When I first used the new computer every thing was fine (about a week) untill yesterday so I then tried my old computer which I have used for over three years with the cutter, a laserpoint, without any problems. Both computers have a serial port and I am using that. The cutter doesn't run through the flip switch so each computer has it's own cord to the cutter which I change depending upon which computer I am using. Anyway, even after unhooking everything so the computers are totally seperate, now neither one will let me cut more than one color. help

I'm thinking about buying a 14" MH series cutter and was wondering what the actual opening was that the vinyl goes through. The reason being is I have a lot of 15" vinyl. I have a 24" laserpoint and the opening on that is actually 28" wide. If someone has one, would you please measure it and get back to me? Thanks. Mike

If you call the dollar store (from their web site phone number) and tell them what you want they will send it to you or your store. I do this all the time when I want a lot of them. Takes about 7-10 days. They don't list everything in their catalogue. Mike

I just used some cheap Ebay vinyl and used transfer paper to put it on the shirt. I have done this several times but I usually use used transfer paper.

I made this for my son who is one half indian. It is a traditional northwest indian drawing of an eagle. I used vinyl for a stencil and just stuck it on the shirt and took screen print ink and thinned it down enough for the airbrush and heat set it. Lastly I added blue rhinestones for the eye and some red ones as called for per the coloring of the design. He went nuts over it. For some reason the red looks like it bled in the picture but it hasn't in real life.

Thats just the paper. I thought the same thing the first time also but when pressed on cloth its right. Try it on an old shirt first. I think you will be suprised.

You have to watch tile because some have the rounded edge which is used as the edge of a project. What you want is called field tile (so I am told at the tile store). I also make coasters out of 4in tile and sell them as a set of four for $10.00. They are blasted and then painted with spray paint and then a coat of clear lacquer or poly for protection. works real good. I put each one in a sandwich baggie and the bunch in another and then wrap tape around the stack. They go out in a priority USPS box for $4.95.
