Un-satisfied customer.....
Wayne#34 replied to DanielB's topic in Business Practices, Sales and Pricing, etc.
I own an alarm company, and we will do whatever it takes to make customer happy, beat advertising you can get. That being said it may involve added a few costs for her. Remember repeat customers and referals are were its at. -
I sure can't figure this out...how to outline or shadow text, racing numbers, etc. I also see in posts it talks about reg. marks. Can't find that in my sign blazer software. Help please!

Thanks, I will give that a try. I must say the support here is fantistic!

I agree SB does alot of stuff, however even you mentioned that it doesn't do all, that brings to question is there a simliar product priced under $500.00. I also belive that even thou US Cutter is great they need to tell customers that SB is only a trial version and not the real thing. To bad SB went the way it went. Most of all thanks for taking the time to answer our questions. Wayne

As I see it Signblazer trial version is a cut down from the real version, however Signblazer is out of business acording to many on this forum. I can't use reg. marks eather, and layering features, and probley more. Just my take. :-

Feed from front or from back?
Wayne#34 replied to Wayne#34's topic in Copam Cutting Plotter Discussion
Well I found were I got the idea from, it was US Cutter tech support. If I now look real close I find its fe eding from behind, but a quick look seams like feeding from front. http://forum.uscutter.com/index.php/topic,624.0.html -
So far I load from the back and set starting point X/Y and everthing goes great, however I saw a you tube were the person was loading from the front. What is better and how so you load and make cutter (using SB) cut in the that direction? Thanks for any help. Wayne

I would love to, I found it on this forum, but do remember were. It showed the supply of vinyl going from roller below (on stand) comming up and in front of machine. Wayne -
Try Tigerdirect.com or CDW.com they both have cables, and priced right.

Ya, same thing here, were can we buy or get real signblazer software with all features turned on? I am new at this but I think signblazer you get with machine is limited in features. Maybe I should look at a whole new software, any suggestions? Thanks -
I would like to thank US cutter for there forum and support, I will try to buy all my supplies from them. Thanks to there forum I was able to fix a small start up problem (setting blade depth) with great success. Thanks, Wayne
