This ABC block font has cut fine for me. ABC Block Font -
751 would be a better choice

I would go with the Copam or if it is within your budget get a Graphtec CE-5000
-
that picture is making me thirsty

You can create this yourself pretty easily with better results than tracing. The Rheem logo can be downloaded at brandsoftheworld.com. All the fonts are very common, if you don't have the fonts already you can get them at dafont.com The only thing you will need to trace successfully then would be "relax" since that is not a font.

well when you select the object to cut does it give you the size in the bottom in the object size box?
-
You really don't need to have the machine measure the vinyl, I never do with mine.

Instead of parchment paper you can also use a teflon sheet, which lasts for a very long time. -
Vinyl Cutter Question...Which one do I want???
mb20music replied to blackburn88's topic in Pre-sale questions
If you don't think you will ever do contour cutting I would suggest you get a Copam, I would consider it a semi-professional machine. -

Probably wouldn't be too hard to fabricate a wood stand if you have the tools.

I had the exact same issue but with Oracal 651 and 751 black. They were shipped to me in that condition. I called the supplier and they sent me out replacements the following day free of charge.

No, shouldn't have to keep adjusting pressure. Can't you just leave it at the higher setting when cutting the white vinyl?
-
looks like a Graphtec CraftRobo
-
no .25 big difference
-
only thing I can think of to check is the offset setting in signblazer.

Your cutting strip has gouges in it. You can sand the gouges out with some 150 grit sandpaper to smooth it out. -
I know how you can do it but don't know how to explain.
