Do you have a link beacuse what I down loaded was just a bunch of crap a tool bar.....

Says " no items match your search " after you try to open that file with inkscape with SCALP if I import that file it works but nothing shows up on the screen afterwards

I opened inkscape, then opened file down to import then tried from there so yes I beleive so. Should I be able to import those clip art files .eps from the cd to inkscape?

It was all pop ups not sure but the link dakotagrafx gave had no pop ups in it and worked great. Maybe I didnt read last night it was pretty late and I was trying to get to bed, lol

Yeah I know it sounds stupid, but I tried downloading it twice and its full of crap I do not want. Any help? I have the clip art ultimate ornaments mega pack and cant use it because I don't have any software that will read these files. Anyone have the fool proof link to the down load? I just googled it.

It's not a problem and I asked for a return label..... This is what I'm saying I wasn't handled right. When I ( a business owner) get an email about a bad part I sold, I sell used car parts for a certain hard to find car. I have to assume there's a problem, then have them prove to me there's a problem, after that solve that problem if I want that customer to ever purchase parts from me again. I have them send pictures or I pay to return it back to me. I sent pictures like they asked if that was not good enough they could have sent a shipping label. Like I said were talking $12 not a $800 cutter here folks. If someone was going to pull something I think it would be on something worth more than a $12 banner stand.

Well I plan on sending one more email and seeing what happens, not going to get upset about a $12 banner stand but I do have the banner for it and no stand now. I refuse to buy another so I don't know...... As a business owner my self I know everyone makes mistakes and sometimes you can't please everyone but this was a pretty simple one " hey this broke" ok we are sending you a new one. Done deal happy customer for life!! Not yet at this point we will have to see

I am not that mad about the cheap banner stand I am a little upset about how the case was handled, if they want it back they can have there merchandise back I am just asking for a new $12 product here, LOL. Hey Petroman just built a nice work table my self used 2x4 and that white melamine for a top and bottom shelf $50 table couple hors of my time. I prefer DIY I have yet to see my truthful negative review of there product, I had a recent order they could have thrown it in I had allready paid to ship it...... if they are not going to let the public know about what happened then why let people review there product. Good reviews only I guess lol

Well like I said I did order some vinyl from them after the fact, I won't let $12 stop me from ordering again but I will NOT order that stand again. I do like the cheap prices they offer on most things they sell. There shipping is super fast but like I said as a new customer and new to the hobby I am not liking the customer service I have received. So that review I left hasn't showed up yet think they blocked it..... That's not right.

I understand I bought a hobby cutter and I am very happy with it honestly. I have cut a couple hundred decals since I recieved it 3 weeks ago. I am just saying its money in the bank for any business to fix the problem and solve it before the customer ever thought there was a problem to begin with...... know what I mean. It doesnt make sense to me to offer it later thats all just include it in the purchase adjust the price and there is no tech problem to deal with. I knew nothing of this hobby when I purchased this equipment so I wouldnt have known any different, I am just learning as I go. So far its a lot of fun

This one is the same name brand as UScutter has (Tripp-lite), it was getting pretty bad there for a second I probably wasted at least $50 of vinyl before I broke down and bought it. What I dont understand is if USCutter knows about this problem why dont they adjust the price and add this with the purchase. I would have enjoyed not dealing with problems with my purchase...... as a small business owner ( not vinyl related) I know people do not like headaches and a hassle free buy / product gets more reccamendations.

Does anyone know if a heat press set up will work with a vinyl tire cover ? So heat transfer vinyl on vinyl? How about a canvas style tire cover, will the heat transer stick to that ok? Sorry for the stupid questions I m so new to this hobby! Just got my cutter a few weeks ago and loving it, I want to get a heat press a start doing shirts for my business. Well, and of course these tire covers I am asking about. Thanks Brian

Well, I would have to agree to this topic! I just purchased the 34" SC cutter with SCAL software and on large cuts it would freeze up. I was using the usb cable with my laptop, I also would have to unplug the usb cable and plug it back in everytime I wanted to do another cut / project because it would like loose connection. I would not buy the keyspan from UScutter though I bought the same one on ebay for much less $27 free shipping I beleive. Just ran 2 sets of 20 decals for my business and didn't run into any of the problems I as having so problem solved I hope!! Hope this helps someone in the future

Maybe I didnt explain that enough, this is my work I have the samuai logo I traced with SCAL. I was hoping somewhere out there in font land I could get the font they used so I could do other words just like the "samurai"

Is that on a vinyl cover or a hard cover? I was looking to do some custom ones with my business name on it like the car dealerships. Can that be done with a vinyl cutter, heat transfer vinyl and a heat press? Thanks
