Digitizing for embroidery is a lot different than a vector some of the digitizing programs you can us a vector image and auto digitize but most of the time the results are not that great. Search for stitch era universal it is a free digitizing program for embroidery if you want to play around with it some but it take a lot of practice to get things to sew out right and how you want them to look.

Just wanted to get a general idea on how good the tiles are selling for anyone making them? What is the average price that you sell them for? Are you including a stand with the price? -

Why did you wet sand? All you need to do Is use a good wax and grease remover. -
Where are you getting supplies for less then Fellers? Have been using Fellers for 4 years with very few problems and any problem was always fixed. Also Fellers has always been any price.

Oil based semi gloss is the best interior paint to stick vinyl to. Most problem happen with latex but not all the time.
-
I forgot to mention on my earlier post that if the paint is latex the decal will not stick to the paint.

I installed some wall graphics for a Franchise that were 3M but they recommend if any areas started peeling (just small areas or edge cure) to use brush some white elmers glue behind the vinyl. Also did you heat the vinyl any after it was installed? If the paint is peeling from the drywall it will probably all come down eventually.
