Shouldn't my new Clamshell Heat Press come with a power cord?
cuttingedge posted a topic in Clamshell Heat Press Discussion or Support
I bought a 15 x 15 Auto-Opening Clamshell Heat Press off of the USCutter website and received it on October 26th. I opened it and it didn't come with a powercord. I've put in 3 tickets on the support section of their website (listed them as urgent) and have only received one email back, which only had the tracking number links listed. Shouldn't this have come with a powercord? It seems strange to me if it doesn't. I've been giving quotes on tshirts/sweatshirts, but don't have the cord to complete any of these. It's my first time buying anything off of USCutter and I'm a little dissappointed that I haven't gotten any kind of answer in the past 2 weeks. -
I'm with fivestar on this one. I root for WVU and anyone who plays Michigan! Michigan Sucks! How's ol Rich Rodriguez working out for you Michigan fans anyway?

You're welcome! Thanks mr300s for the fonts! I grabbed them too.

Looks like it's either "Castle Ultra" or "Salzburg rr extra bold". I searched for a free download but couldn't find one.

Where to get oval blanks......

Thanks for the website! -
I believe the key to this is finding out what is best in your area.....even then, it's still hard to nail it down. You'll probably still have some that think your prices are high, and others that think you are low. I tried using a system of selling them by the square inch but then realized that that wasn't working out to well. An important factor (at least it is for me) is how complex the logo is as well as the size. As a senario, If you have a customer that wants a 10"x10" letter "A" and another customer that wants a paragraph with 1/4" letters 10"x10", you would probably charge more because of the complexity and the time spent on that decal. Maybe a price scale for simple, standard, and complex decals would be best? I normally try to guess how much time I will be spending on each one and base my price on that. I'm still learning and am interested in hearing what others have to say about this as well.

Thanks Kelly! Layout is just one of those things that takes practice. I've still got a lot to learn!

I have a customer needing (2) 48"x72" oval signs. Does anyone know of a good place to buy these? I've searched for blanks this size and haven't had much luck. Aluminum, signbond, etc., any of these are fine, as long as it's not coroplast. Thanks for the help! -
I sent you an email with the eps file attached.
