Turn it off and back on, hit reset make sure the wheels are on the track and whatever you do, make sure you have no static, by the machine, it will send it is crazy mode, and it will act like it is stalling all my new rolls of vinyl i get send it into oblivion, from static, Let us know if any of this helps!
