is it doing it or is it you doing it pulling the vinyl off the cutter,, if it is not you make sure the carriage is on the track, and the wheels are up on it,, I hope this helps Sandy jo

I have a lot of static issues, at this time of year, i am grounded, but i can tell you that, that sometimes depending what i have on, or in my hands, will set the cutter into wild mode,, also if i have a roll of vinyl that carries alot of static, my cuts are good untill it starts to unroll,, if i remember to wipe it down with a dryer sheet i am ok,, Mine is also on a stand,, I also have a new rhinestone cutter that is not on a stand, but i am trying to figure out what to do with the rolls,, Take it off the stand and see if that helps. this truley is weird i run usb, and 64 bit, and vista dell, desktop, no issues other than, everyonce in a while i have to unplug and replug my usb,, to make sure the driver is recognized.... MMM

Bruce,I think it is a software issue, and conversion from one program to another, I find my circles to stay the most complete, if creating and cutting in one program, anything i export and import in signblazer gets distorted to ovals. which we know suck for templates. I suggest getting a Stone cutting software to keep the circles complete . Sandy jo MMM

I agree, if you want to dable in it,, go get photo ez,, burn you screenin the sun, 5 minutes,, and get some water based ink, you can get everything for maybe 75.00. then if you want to get into it more,, go for it, you will either love it or not,, water based ink can be cured in out heat press,, and no big dyer needed,, and rinsed out with water,,, and no air compresssor,,, it is a simple set up, to test the water,, the screen are maybe 5.00 a piece,, with emulsion on and ready to throw outside with your artwork for 5 min,, then rinse under water,, and watch the image appear,, sandy Jo MMM

looks great,, i use permaset,,water based ink 110 screen opague white,, mostly now tell me you used heatpress vinyl and pressed it to the screen and then you stretched it on frame?

Cut me thy water based ink, it is so easy to clean up,, and works well, what size of screen did you use? I usually use 110 Cant wait to see,,, MMM
