Ok, I got my new machine, I have started to unpack it, I only see one small driver disc, no sign blazer disc, I went to web site and dowloaded it, would I have gotten a manual with it , if it would have been in the package? Ok, now i turn Computer around Vista. Lots of usb, ports but no serial or parrel, actually the serial port is being used by my flat screen. So I will be going with Usb, is that Bad? Any help will be good, I need help fast if anyone can help. Thanks

Just wanted to day Hi, I am doing bit of research before i By my Refine MH-721. I run Xara extreme, can I creat in Xara, and then send to the cutter in eps ? or do I need to pick up corel, and if so Which version is 3 or 4 ok? Now, I run windows vista, Will sign cut be good enough to upload my graphics from Xara, or Corel? Or should I bite the bullet and get flexi 8.5, and why do I want a dongle, or need it? Thanks Guys,.

thanks for the welcome guys I am working on exporting to eps,, and some files go well, and some are touchy, ones with jpg, in them, I am thining in need to make them all vector files first and then export to eps... Any thoughts on that . Thanks

Thank you, I have inkscape downloaded, just havent used it, i will copy that off, and play, I also did what you said in sign blazer but was always baffeled by the outline,, image, and the sillouette image .it did seem like i had 2 different images,, so I delete the silouette one,, and then in the wire outline one, do i throw black on it, or just leave it,, will it show the real image or something close? thank you, and let me know if i can help you. Ok in Sign blazer when importing things into programby eps, to cut, does it only take eps, and if not what other graphics, does it cut from and there is a selection to be made to cut, it says Use full Post Script interpreter or Use Post Script Scanner, What is the right one to select? Thanks

Thanks guys, I gotta tell you this is super fun,,, now if i can just make sure and put on the right size graphic in, and not to go beyond my vinyl i will be alright, I was putting my vinyl all the ways to the end,, well dahh , my cutter cant go there, so i started staggering it out further, and now i am getting it, I wish tho when i import a graphic in it keep the size I had in my eps file. Hey I havent figured out how to put weed windows, i will call them,, the sqares around each graphic, anyone have a idea how to do that.. Thanks guys.

one more question, do you use sign blazer,, and if so when importing, a design or font. do you chooose Use Full Post SCript interpereter or Use post Script Scanner? Thanks
