Ok, this is what I came up with. You will notice that the guy holding the gun is different but, I couldn't find the guy that was on there. I also had no idea what the image at the bottom was so I just traced around it and vectorized. So I don't know if it looks like what it is supposed to or not. I have watched the video that someone posted on here about this but, I am going to be doing this this week so I will not have time to order one of those spinning brush things. Should I wait to layer the vinyl until I put it on the trailer or not? Wet or dry? I was planning on getting a tennis ball and I think I saw where someone said to try a chalkboard eraser. bezier tool? It's not actually the bezier tool but in Flexi there are several choices for vectorizing and one is bezier. That gave me the smoothest results.

I mostly went between corel paint and flexi sign. In corel I finally figured out under edge effects there is an "enhance more" that goes over the edges with black. I also figured out in corel paint if I create a "new raster layer" that I can trace over the picture with my paint brush. This was helpful because her mouth gave me a real problem. Also in Photoshop I used the magnetic lasso to get all the background out. Then in flexi I got the best result when I vectorized with the bezier tool.

I thought I figured a good way to vectorize photos by putting the ink outline on that some photo programs offer. I tried that and it just doesn't look right to me. I really want to etch my nieces face onto a mirror. Here is a picture. Even if someone can give me some good instruction of how they do it. There was one on here a while ago of a guy with a deer that was awesome. Wish I was that good! Thank you!

Just wondering....and how do I know if I have the original Pcut blade holder or the Roland that is mentioned in the following thread? http://forum.uscutter.com/index.php/topic,10152.0.html Oh yeah, my cutter was purchased from US Cutters. Here is a picture of one of my blades. Do you think that is a Roland?
