If I am understanding you right you are saying instead of the shadow cutting solid it is cutting another shadow inside of it like there is an outline? I would select the shadow and the outline by pressing "shift" and clicking on both items then weld together. Hope I am understanding that right.

What software are you using? I exported it as an eps file. I am using Flexi.

I need to make a magnet for a handicap van warning people not to park within 8 feet of the passenger side. I was thinking something like this: HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE PLEASE ALLOW 8 FEET I just don't know if that gets the point across. I am thinking of doing it black text on yellow background.

Is there a way I can my registration marks one whole piece instead of cutting a square cut into four diamonds or a circle cut into four? Thank you!!

You know what I found for rivets that works better than a heat gun blow dryer or torch. An embossing gun that is used for crafting. The part where the air comes out is pretty small which I liked because I felt like I could control it a little better than when I used a heat gun which was a complete disaster.

Thank you!! I did buy a roll of magnet and a T-Square cut it with an xacto knife and used the corner rounder from walmart that everyone raves about. It worked very well. This is great to know. I have a job coming up that needs 4 magnets so I will be buying the roll. I actually have a corner rounder for scrapbooking but not sure if mine is big enough. I will have to check out the one at walmart. Thank you, Christi Christi, Any corner rounder should work. The one I got isn't actually from WalMart but it is just like it and gets the job done. Try yours! Also make sure the magnet edge is square from the start. I had to square mine off before I measured and cut it for the actual finished product. If they aren't square your corner rounder won't do it's job like it should. Good luck and have fun!!

Just wondering what you all would charge for this whole job and any criticism. All the vinyl is 10" X 20". The magnet is 30 mil. There are two sets of magnets and 12 normal vinyl signs. Customer will be doing installation. Vinyl is Oracal 751. Thanks!!
