RCN 3 is "Microgamma Bold" slanted
Also compare them to real cup race cars and check out sim racing sites like this one

I have a customer that wants me to make him some shirts. I wanted to do it in vinyl but after seeing the design the only way is transfers or screen printed. The problem I have is he wants to sell these on his website but doesn't want a lot of inventory. So my question is....
Can someone quote me transfers on the following qty scale? I am looking for good quality transfers that won't fade in the wash.
1-9 pcs
10-19pcs
20-30 pcs
I attached a copy of the design. I can only press up to 15" so it cannot be any bigger than that.
Thanks,
Geo
You could be amazed what a 60 degree blade and thermoflex can do. If you have that stuff you should test a piece.

I attached a few jpgs from that collection to show you because his pdf file stinks.
It actually has an odor?
yeah you don't have a scratch and sniff monitor? I made these to smell like strawberries.

Thats funny because I entered '1' as my order number.
Anyway I dont have a order number because I bought from USCutter on Ebay.
Just spoke to USCutter on the phone and they are taking care of the problem.
LOL they might be happy to hear from you "Hey guys it's our first customer!"

the JPSS will work better with the 1100 and proper inks, the inkjet did ok but you know the colors aren't as crisp. And you dont have to wash them so fading isnt really an issue.
check eBay for mouse pads or bestblanks.com anyone that sells the paper usually has the substrates also.

I just call my local glass and mirror company, you know for residential and commercial windows etc..
Our ace hardware sells glass also.

I never used heat press vinyl but have done them with jpss (jet Pro Super soft?) inkjet paper just like they use for t shirts. You would think with the vinyl there would be bumps on the pad.

read up on it some more. I am no screen printer but was the shirt adhered to anything, they use a spray.
was the screen tight? was there an offset from the screen to the shirt? I dont think you want the screen just sitting on the shirt.
cant get no where with out trying.
