back to the original question the lines are the compounded part of the other sections. There is a solid back piece but then they compounded the additional piece to make the different shapes. take the ear muffs you would have to cut the white circle to place on the black solid background or compounded them out of the solid black background. does that help?

ok so here I did the arm I clicked on the white then all of the black inside of it, copied paste then compounded it change color to show, there is still a pinky left there.

also when I did do view filter I left the 2 black and pulled this one over and it still had the other as seen in right side of pic.

the easiest way is to use the view filter but I used flexi so I dont know if its in illy

see what i am saying first you have over 13 different colors here is the solid back piece all rest of it need to be compounded so you can cut and layer. I think thats what you are trying to do.

so you are going to compound all the other colors and have the background black one solid piece right

you would have to outline the whole image and set at 0.0 this would be the blue. Then separate it all and compound both the white and orange. Then cut them all separate. So you have a a solid outline in blue thats the back, then layer with the white then the orange. I suck at instructions. Another is to have a blue outline make it a 1/4 inch instead of 0.0 edit: see, when I say outline I mean the horse only not the box.

if its pitted I would say over heated or too long, just from one of my experiences. I could be wrong.

isnt there an issue with the item moving around during cutting? vinyl has a backing to hold it in place correct?
