I think it looks good but should the name stand out and not be tucked in the boarder? Also where are the mountains? try some in the background cutting out around the text, but I am no designer so I dont know.

Same as above, google result: You can do this by selecting Arrange | Shaping | Weld. I take that one step further by assigning the letter W as a custom shortcut key for the Weld command. So if I need the text to be welded, I simply press the W key and I'm done.

It might be the teflon sheet that is on top, mine came taped to the top maybe thats what it is.
