what types of problems are you having with The Velxi,?, Flexi is so much easier to use than most any signware out there... once you get on to it you will love it. and it can import so much more formats than other signwares...

I tried to open in in illy CS2 it will not allow, They saved it as a newer version, they need to save it as CS2, then maybe it can be opened,,

do you have your cutter grounded to the stand? try that sometimes too many nodes in the design can cause the machine to go crazy, cause it cannot comprehend all of them at one time. Try and edit out some of the nodes if you can..

You are in the Flexi category,, are you talking about in Flexistarter? If so, you cannot do that. you can only save as a Flexi file.

Sign Blazer software can be downlaoded on the EBAY auction, site, under 5 reasons... Download software,, can't answer your other questions,,,I don't have a US CUTTER product.

I do not use Sign Blazer, So I do not know what drivers they use.

what comm ports are showing up in SignBlazer?? If you have another empty port try it..until you find one that matches up together with what you have in Signblazer.

no they are not, I use them all the time, the one you chose is an .ai file,,,,it will tell you which file it is, where it says download,, this one says .ai Can your signware import .ai files? You have to check your signware as to what different types it can import. I brought it into my Flexistarter signware, and it is a good cutting file. ... just out of curiosity see if you can download and import this one,,,and see if it can be cut good... it is an .eps file http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/search/95834579/1432.html

if they say EPS files, they are vectors,,, some might need a little cleaning up, and may have layers, which one was you downloading? maybe I can look at it...

where are you trying to get your fonts from that you are trying to install? explain how you are trying to install them..

Flexi or Flexistarter?,, It cannot be done in Flexistarter,,,,, but you can do it in inkscape free software...

I don't use this software, I use Flexistarter, but see if there is something on your software called "optimize cutting order"
