download the Flexi driver pack from the US Cutter support area , if you haven't already

what cutting software are you using with your vinyl cutter? Corel 4 is a design software, you also need a cutting software.

I have a 30" cutter and have never wished I had a smaller one. And never needed larger either. 30-34" is great. I do fullside vehicle graphics

You do know that 631 is removable vinyl don't you? would be more like a very temporary decal for a vehicle. For car lots and such. Inside wall decals.

it is called outline, not border. Just do a search for outline text. and layering

it can depend on what type of vinyl you are using.. Cheap vinyls can do that. and how far your blade is sticking out. Only needs to barely be seen sticking out of the holder. and yes, run slower can help too.
