Have you tried taking it back to factory default? ON the newer Graphtecs, as soon as you turn the power on, hit the UP arrow button at the same time,on the display board, takes it back to factory default.

The kill switches are located on each inner wall, if either of these are pressed down the machine will cease all activity until the button isn't being pressed anymore. These kill switches are there to protect the motor that moves the carriage. In order to fix the problem turn the machine off, move the carriage off of the kill switch gently, then turn the machine back on. If the screen is still blank then tap each kill switch to see if they are stuck down. If this does not fix your problem you should get a hold of our tech support team.

did you go to the setup page in Signblazer and set your cutter up? You would be safer contacting USCUTTER support yourself, to know if the newer MOBO is compatible.

you should really read the Newbie manual first, Your drivers are in your cutting software, when you do your set up. and to be honest. Artcut is not a great software, I have seen too many complaints on it. Most people, find that out real soon, dump it ,and use Signblazer Elements, which is FREE Design and cutting software that can be downloaded from here on the forum,

maybe start over. Have you read the newbie Manual first to walk you thru it? Download in first post. Have you tried plugging your cutter to your computer with the computer/cutter off first? You don't mention what cutting software you are using.. or how you are conecting to the cutter to computer. serial? USB?

have you tried select them all, then, ungroup> then just select the ones you don't want and cut/ or delete? I use Flexistarter, and that is the process there.

there are many people running a business with the MH Series and Pcut series, cutters. It all depends on what you plan to use the cutter for? Scott, a member, would say , start with the PCUT, next step is Copam, then the larger Graphtec. The best you can do, is purchase the BEST that you can afford. It all depends on what you are using it for. If your happy with a cutter that will only cut the sizes, the little Graphtec cuts, and don't plan on updating anytime soon, then go for it. That is your decision.

you should be able to run the TEST on your machine, change the offset in +.05 or -.05 intervals, until the TEST cuts look good.

I would guess because it is on sale, just like other companies having it on sale, And they are still making a profit from them. And that high list price is different on different sites. Even more than $299.00 and personally I think they would be hard to sell. They are too limited on what they do. Especially the size they cut. for another $70, you could purchase a 25" machine, and cut about anything. and at $270 have a 25" cutter with a stand. But that's just my 2c, to each their own. You have your own plans for it.
