cold application with fluid video
I've used rapidtac2 in the freezing cold, and it does work as the video shows!
-
I always put a bit of isopropyl alcohol in my application fluid... It seems to speed up the drying time a little bit...
-
I believe that it may work with a plug in called sign tools???
Might want to look into that, But Im not 100%

GSXR!!!
Awesome Bikes... LOL

Have you seen my video on layering???

Yes, GT5 is good and cheap... comparable to FDC... Nice elasticity, nice adhesion, and doesnt shrink much, if at all...
I used to buy it alot when it was SSKOnline, but SSK sold out... So I was really really really disapointed when i thought that i couldnt get it anymore... Thank god for signpile, LOL

I had this problem also with flexi 7.5
This is what worked for me..
Goto edit>prefrences>tools
scroll down to cut/plot... Disable the check mark for "connect to local production manager using TCP/ip
Click ok, restart flexi...
Post your results if it worked for you or not.

Yes, SignBlazer and WinPC both do not require internet...

The best thing about ebay is virtualy no overhead...
With the cutter, you only have to stock the color of vinyl, not the particular item...
So, Design something, if it doesnt sell, then your out only what? nothing? lol...
As far as the store goes... Do it... Well worth it...
LINKS LINKS LINKS!!!
Use turbo lister, set up a default template and say something like "Why wait for this auction to end? You can buy this item NOW in my ebay store for only 4.99 or whatever."
Like banner said, in search, auction listing always show first... So use your auctions to send those people to your ebay store!
Promote items... Make sure that you entice people to buy more then one item... Offer free shipping on each additional item... I personally would rather sell 10 items out of my store, and give them free shipping... then to sell only 2 or 3 from an auction...
lets face it, Vinyl = profit... If you can get 5 bucks out of a 6 inch decal, your making like what? $4.25-$4.75 EACH...
Also, use the store to your advantage... Put something like... If you would like a personalized decal, Email me and i can set up an auction for you, then list it in your store and send them the link... That way you and the buyer are protected with paypal and ebay...
Good Luck!
My personal opinion is this about ebay... Ebay fees are WAY TO HIGH... But what else you going to do???

I use thermoflex... Works good... But def not cheaper then screen printing...
-
Sometimes Avery works good, sometimes avery is bad...
I try my best to stay away from avery... Not because what I have heard about it, but my experience...
I got a roll of white a few years ago... I would say that 75% of my customers came back with the viny peeling away within 2 weeks...
After I investigated on the net, I found out that I was not alone...
I purchased the roll from ebay... Bad move... Thats why I tend to stay away from Ebay for no-name vinyl.....
-
probably a printer driver...
On windows, open printers, add new printer...
-
2 rollers will work fine... I have a 24 inch machine and only has 2 rollers...
I think that the vinyl that you are using may not be of high quaity...
Try some FDC, GT5, or something else...
I have used Mactac... Arrrggh... I should say, MacCrap... It would leave the marks on the vinyl...
-
i made some up... Fixes the Size issue... Its in one of the posts here.

I believe that you can install a printer driver to cut directy to the copam...
I believe you just print it to work...
-
if you are having the transfer tape peel up from the application tape, (peeling corners) you could try to round off the corners, that sort of helps... Also, try R-tapes Conform series... Works well sticking to the application tape...
I used R-tape conform and AT60 clear... Works well...
