Nice work, cool to see someone local, I'm in Belleville -
Which clear app tape do you guys like to use with oracle 651? I seem to have trouble with the vinyl not sticking well to the app tape and dosent release from the backing.

Thanks guys! I'll give RTape Clear Choice AT75 High Tack a try.
-
i agree but im just trying to find a clear tape that works good as well
-
Thanks I like it

What type of heat transfer material are you guys using for dry-fit golf shirts, and how do you like it?
-
just to follow up the siser stretch seems to work good. I need a better supplier for the dry fit golf shirts though. Anyone have any ideas? jiffy just dosent have enough color selection.
-
looks good, can wait to see a finished product.
-
im gonna have to try it , thanks for the info

+1 Its also a good idea to download an eps file viewer, so when your looking for an image you dont have to open every single one in your cutting program to find what your looking for.
-
i just save my inkscape vector as an eps and open it with my cutter software

i have the same problem with the oracle 651. I just stoped using it for any decals with small detail. the greenstar seems to work much better for that.

I'm going to be using MDO/ signboard for the first time. I'm planning on using it to make a sign for my friend's shop. So any advice would be great. I'm really looking for info on how to finish the edges? What type of paint works best? (Exterior Use) Maybe some mounting advice? Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks.

Thanks for the info, I have to prime and paint it myself.

I think it came out good, but I'm not sure I'd want those lining my driveway lol. How much snow does your area get?
-
Im trying to make some decals. The lettering on them is pretty small. One line a half inch tall the other line a 1/4". The problem is that I cant get them to stick to the transfer tape. I'm using oracle 651 vinyl and I've tried med then high tack clear transfer tape. What am I doing wrong?
-
This is possible I'll look into it. Ok I'll give that a try also.
-
The vinyl is new, and yes I squeegied the transfer tape. I think I'm just going to have to change up this design. The lettering will come off like you suggested with the knife, but I was planning to give these decals out to a club that I'm in. I dont want everyone to have that challenge applying them.
