Look Great! Very clean registration on the 2 color overlay. Did you use registration marks or just eyeball it?

Looks good!! Can I ask where you got the corner table at or did you make it yourself?? I would like to have one like that if they are not too expensive.

If it is covering the majority of the back window like on a minivan, you are about right in my book as far as the price and install fee.

Ace Transfer does a good job and fast turnaround. I have used them for years and no complaints! Go to their website at www.acetransco.com and they have pricing listed.

Thanks for sharing!

I would recommend Ace Transfer for custom transfers as well. I have been using them for years for single and multi color transfers and have been very happy with their service, quality and delivery times!

Hey All,
I may have a need for someone to embroider about 100 to 150 jackets for me. Does anyone on here do that kind of work?? Can you give me an idea of the cost for a simple text logo on the back only ; approx. 1.5" tall X 10" wide?
Thanks,

Well, the new I/O board did the trick!! Thank goodness I am back up and running again!! Tech support was very helpful and professional!

Thanks for the idea. I had tech support on the phone yesterday and they think it is my I/O board. I am having one sent to me and will post the results. Hope it works!!!!

I need some help and I am ready to call tech support. I think maybe my Motherboard or I/O board is bad but I want t know which one before I have one overnighted to me. So I thought I would post on here first to see if anyone had the same issue?
I am running XP on my PC using Flxistarter (Roland PNC-1000 driver) and USB cable connection. Have been fine for 2 years and now I get "cannot open port" in production manager and no matter what USB port I use, my device manager does not recognize the cutter when I plug it up.
All functions work fine on the cutter itself and even a test cut is successful. Then, I took the USB cable and hooked it up to my small backup cutter and it works fine so I know the cable is good.
Then, the last time, I plugged the USB into my PC and then as soon as the cable made the slightest contact with the cutter port, the power on the cutter dropped (like it was being drained) and even the fan spun slower and the display went dimmer than normal ; and the USB cable started getting HOT!!!
Next, I decided to ground the cutter to the stand and YES, I should have done this a long time ago but I was not having issues. After I ran a ground wire from the cutter to the stand, the power drain problem went away, but my PC still does not recognize the cutter.
After all that, I went to Staples and got a USB to Serial Adapter and hooked it up via the serial port. The USB to serial adapter shows up in the device manager and after matching the Com ports in Flexi, I tried to cut ; machine never moved but it went through the percentage on the production manager screen until 100%, but the cutter never moved.
Does this sound like the I/O board or the Motherboard??
I am behind on orders and need to have one or the other overnighted to me but I want to make sure that I get the right ting to fix this.
Thanks!
