Hello All! I am having a problem with contour cutting. SBE, Corel Draw 11, laserpoint 24, Vista -import an eps. file from corel/istock photo to sbe -I do the expand/outline -I print the image with reg marks, and line it up.... no cutting I am doing this on Soft stretch Pro heat transfer paper, do I need one of those hard sticky surfaces to place transfer on, and then place in the machine for cutting? Where do I get one of those surfaces? When I weld the image, it makes it one color, so I grouped it. Is that the problem? How do I know how hard to make the pressure of the blade? If you could explain to me the steps that you would take to do this, I would be very appreciative. I am putting 9 images on one page, I want to cut around the image and heat apply it on a shirt. illustration.eps illustration.eps

Okay, I have adjusted the blade, thank you for that info. I am now in search of a thread that reveals to me how to communicate with the laserpoint. When I click on the cut command in SBE, it simulates the cut lines on the screen, but it does nothing to the cutter.

I have tried to make a test cut with my laserpoint, when I tried the test, it would cut 3 sides of the rectangle, so i re-adjusted my blade. I want to cut out letters for a jersey, when the cutter attempts to cut the vinyl "bunches" up! (i don't know if you understand bunches) my question is; Can I use thermo film vinyl with this cutter!
