I was wondering if flexisign, has an option to preview the cut before it does cut. At work i use JetCam, its software the laser cutter.. but you can click on a button and it will show the cutter cutting it out on the screen before it cuts, to make sure everything is good.. i was just wondering if flexi had this option in there... Thanks

My darn cars engine went on vacation!! and the kicker is....
Pcrat posted a topic in Off Topic Section
So me and my 4 year old son were driving home last week. Engine started sputtering hard some banging in the engine and ,, it died. Pulled over, thank god it was less than a half mile from my house. wouldnt start, towed ( well pushed it with a truck ) home. got it started, but ran bad VERY bad. 6 cylinder only running on 3. we found out, that the timing chain jumped, bent some valves, and put a hole in 1 of the pistons, and the rear bank wasnt firing either. was a good engine, only had 149,000 miles on it ( oldsmobile Cutlass 1998 ) sold it to a buddy, he is gonna put a new motor in it. so all i have is $800.00.... i looked and looked on craigslist, everything was junk and well over 200,000 miles. just needed something to get me by for a little while, and low and behold, at my work, a bigwig, was selling his car, wanted 1700.00 for it. a 1995 Oldsmobile 88. Sky blue, only a couple SMALL spots of rust, ( thats hard to find in michigan lol ) so I talked to him, I told him my situation, he said he would sell it to me for 1200.00 I asked him anything wrong. his wife drove it for 10 years, just babyed the heck out of it, 152,000 miles. brand new tires, new rebuilt transmission, 4 new shocks, ball joints, and alot of new parts in the motor. So I took it for a spin today wow does that car ride nice. and hes allowing me to make payments ( he holds the car until then of course ) for 1200.00 i expected junk still at that price. BUT the kicker of this story is.... when me and my 4 year old son were walking home, of the 1,000,000 cars that drove by and 2 cops, only 1 person stopped in the HEAT and asked if we needed a ride( and it wasnt a cop )... and of course i was less than 500 feet from my driveway by then. so to all of those who seen a little kid walking along the highway with his dad in the heat & kept on driving... kiss my ass!! even tho my son had fun walking home ( and i didnt lol ) if i seen that i wouldnt even think twice and i would of stopped. so yea thats my week.. and i got a bonus check and profit sharing comming soon too. -

so i get alot of people wanting this lettering and that lettering for there windows , and whatnot. they say the color, the words and the approx size, length. but never a font. so what do you guys usually do , I always ask them if they have a font in mind, most say surpise me lol. or just a basic font. arial is pretty basic but getting old. theres so many different ways to do a lettering job, even one word, theres angles, bold, stretch, etc to make it a little different...

i see... i really dont want to carry that around... maybe a print out of all my fonts,, but hell i have.. god knows how many. some people are nice about it, and say they want crazy font, or birthday themed font, but most dont let ya know.. so far the fonts i have picked out for people they are all happy with.

i have use to live on xbox live. then we moved and no cable only satalite internet. So i have Wild Blue, and no online gamming. But i have friends at work, and we get togather usually every other weekend with our TV's and ps3's and Call of dutys, and deathmatch it up till 4 am. I really dont miss online that much, since most people online are usually cheating anyways.. I have leaned alot more twards ps3 now and away from the 360, i still play Texas Holdem etc on the 360. but my fun is on the ps3. same with the xbox one, I wont touch it, but will get a ps4.

I have a galaxy Note, its great its not too big or too small, just right for showing customers, my work, or there designs. I also have a Mini netbook, i run around with. Great on the battery, and i have a car charger for it too. I personally hate ipads, and those "pads" my galaxy note is almost too big. but i wont go bigger. but some people like em, so. just dont get an "IPAD" get a galaxy tab or something with a bit more freedom, where ya can hook it to your pc, and not have to use itunes lol.

Better assembly and overall instructions bad
Pcrat replied to Ericjgidney's topic in Criticism and Complaints about USCutter
bad manuals and setup instructions are NOT uscutters fault, US Cutter does NOT make these, nor do they make the instructions for them that come with them. these ( economy cutters ) are pretty much made and assembled in china, and uscutter buys these. when they arrive, us cutter i doubt opens every box to even make sure the manuals are there. i made this mistake when i first bought my cutter, bearings were off etc. i was mad at uscutter for this. but they fixed it pretty much on the spot and KNEW exactly what the problem was. and after reading on this forum, i found out that not to even think about blaming uscutter for the problems when a cutter arrives. anytime i buy anything, printer, cutter, car, router, computer parts, i always look up the specs, any how tos with them etc, before buying, or even after buying. Most instructions with ANYTHING are pretty piss poor and cant be relied on too much. But im glad ya got it together and i wish ya alot of luck in the future in your learning and having fun and MAKING MONEY. for those who are new to all this, please make sure ya research before buying, or after buying before ya blame the wrong person or company. Good Luck! Enjoy! -

Cutter starting letter cut in the letter not on outside..
Pcrat posted a topic in General discussion
So ive noticed, that on some letters, it will start the cut on the inside of the letter instead of the outside.. why would it do this, if the letter is what is used, is there a way to fix this? so it always starts on the outside? Flexisign 8 Thanks Cutter: mh 871 mk2 -
