Thanks J The way color profiling is done is just amazing. I loved my Roland a lot (a lot of printing done with it) but this is so much easier to work with.

The FSUTIL.dll error is more common than most realize. It most commonly happens in my experience after a computer has been infected with a particularly aggressive virus or trojan. These leave corrupted entries in the registry causing errors. there are several registry cleaners out there that dill help. Also run a program called Combofix to ensure your not I infected with other troublesome items. Yes but same error is showing even on brand new comps (out of box) with pirated copy.

flexi 8.1 and 8.6 both work on windows 7. Problems with missing FSUTIL.dll file usually occurs on pirated copies of flexi 8.1 . You can see it in comments on any torrent site with flexi torrent on it . Good luck with it

I was talking about "Expanded PVC" N Glantz sells in different colors. It's reasonably priced , but when I asked manager about using it for outdoor purposes, he said "Stay away from it" Enough said. I'm not trying to be mart ass , just sharing my knowledge with guys here.
-
@mopar691 No, Expand PVC (N Glantz sells it in different colors) is not meant for outdoor use (maybe for very short time) due to tendencies to warp.

thanks for kind words about my work and thanks Dan for answering question. Here is another pic

Just finished Chevy blazer , rear and 2 side windows . Using lamex laminate and solvex 50/50 for rear window and solvex 70/30 for side windows (customer signed waiver because 70/30 is not for vehicles) Talking about curve on the window....blazer is ....uf But install went smooth. - Dry install - middle hinge - blue 3M squeegee
-
What I meant was that practice is mother of perfection. Middle hinge is exactly what Max did, with only difference, I separate perf before cutting (less room for error) Lamex 2 mil laminate for perf works great for me (not as good as 3M but price....)

Usage of more material (peak) is still more cost effective than double sided banner, not to mention less chances for screw up. It happened to me a few times before I decided not to print double sided. What happen was I printed first side perfect than on another side had mishap and ......start over again. Just my 2 cents.

If perforated film is laminated it really does not matter what squeegee you are using, it only maters how you use it.. So, I use middle hinge And install left side first. I would not suggest to use wet install for perforated film (laminated) because moisture stays trapped under it. Nice work on the lettering BTW

Peak is only brand I'm using , never had single problem with. It's 13OZ I had one on my porch for 17 month, still looks great.
-
Fellers house brand "Peak" is all i've been using in last year and half. 38"x40 yards $60 54"X40 yards $87.00
-
I would use center Justification.
-
I will be more then glad to do printing for you. PM me if you are interested Also for outdoor usage I would avoid expended PVC.

Thanks for upload , but I've seen those decals before (maybe even here) so .....live part "I did" out. Not fair to person who made them. D.

Anyone knows name for the fonts on the picture. Thanks

Estimate is the best software for sign business Its not free, but its well worth money .
-
Grimco offers it as Max Metal N Glantz offers it as Omega bond 2 sided aluminum with plastic core between . Very durable and reasonably priced.

I'm using shine rite for over 2 years now without any troubles. Great vinyl.
