I do not think he wants to replace front cover ( it's not even a year old). It should not be a big problem to remove it (heat gun ) Monday I'm going to Fellers to get some vinyl , but I'm not sure what to us for this project. Usually i find answers on my questions here.

I need to make Two simple outdoor signs (two colors) 4'x5'. Lady is good friend of my wife and she would like to spend around $ 400.00 for the project. I was thinking to use MDO plywood but I can't find suplier in Pittsburgh (Lowes & HD does not have it) Does anyone know place to buy it in my area or is there some other material I can use for this project?
