Anyone have this issue? I installed SignBlazer. I uninstalled thinking I would put on a different computer. Being a girl, changed my mind and decided to keep on the pc. Now --- I can't delete a folder "Hsprint" from my direct C drive that the installer says is holding me back from re-installing. Windows 7 says I do not have permissions, however no permissions are restricted. I've searched the forum but can't find anything ... Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Nic

IT WORKED!!!! Thank you so very much for taking the time to help me. Perhaps they should make your advice a sticky for any others that may encounter the same issues ?

Thanks for responding Jay. Yes, I do right click and run as admin. It goes through the setup until the very end and then pops up a screen that says: "Setup was unable to create the directory C:\Hsprint Error 5: Access is denied" I've checked everything I know to check for permissions and I can't find it. I tried setting back permissions to accept xp based files thinking that may have been an issue. I tried deleting all extra users that came pre installed on the computer and only had one access point with full rights. I even ran the delete Hsprint folder in cmd with no success. I've googled every phrase I know to search for. I'm sure it's something simple, I just don't know what it is or where to find it. OR it could be just another Windows 7 issue and there's a random toggle switch indirectly connected in my Quickbooks or Itunes or something completely unrelated that needs to be checked or unchecked to give me the green light. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Wanted to follow up with a public thanks to Dr12volt1388!! I'm definitely going to seek him out if I find the need in the future!

I posted this file in the 'help' section first and Dr12volt1338 gave great advice on how to make it easier to weed. It is a clip art file from a set many years back so it has issues. It is very hairy now and was a nightmare to weed on the first cut. Problem is, I don't have a lot of time to turn this job around and could really use some help making this more vinyl friendly. If you are able to help, please send a quote. The file is the actual size. Thanks, Nic roof_line.eps

Dr12volt1338 - Time is going to win. I'm new to the forum, is there a protocol for asking for a quote?

I would greatly appreciate any input on this graphic. It comes from an older clip art set I have. My customer has used this on several printed materials and now wants in vinyl. I cut once - as is- and it's a hairline weeding nightmare! I can go in and beef up and connect the lines, but it seems counterproductive to spend so much time basically redesigning. Has anyone used this design successfully? Any ideas? I'm open to showing my customer other graphics if anyone wants to share? Thanks in advance, Nic roof_line.eps

Thank you for your quick response. This is the actual size so I'll work on making the shadow lines solid and see if that helps.
