:- I love my Pcut630 but I want to try doing some contour cuting and would need to get a cutter that can do the contour cutting. I have kinda narrowed it down to the Roland or Graphtec for both price and features. The Graphtec gets a + cause I can get it from Cutter. Any advise is muchly appreciated! PM

I think I need to move the "Let it Snow" up a bit higher on the board...say 2/3rds rather than the middle. What do you all think?
-
Thanks Blue! Is that of your creation? Very nice. PM

Yes, it is a font called WWFlakes. There are about 90 different flakes. Some r a real pain to weed

Thanks everyone, I had a blast making it. Started out as just snow flakes and the words Merry Christmas but as I kept looking at it, I had to nitpick it and this was the end (for now) results. It didnt hurt having 2' of snow but I have to give credit to everyone here that has passed on their knowledge, creativity and motivation to all of us here in the forum. I would never have been able to make anything without all your help !!

Have you ever read thier employee handbook? if you read it backwards........

My 2 cents: I have ordered from SignWarehouse many times this last year with no issues. I have also ordered from USCutter with no issues. SW does charge 20 - 40% more shipping than does USCutter for like items. I will be ordering any OraCal vinyl and app tape I need from USCutter in the future. PM

Why Thank you Firemalt! You are too kind! I am 29 with 22 years experience. But I photoshopped the hell out of that pic! Not really. But I could! He is my 2nd grandchild. My grand daughter just turned 2 in late November. My Wii fit tells me I am only 45 so maybe it WAS worth buying it!

Oracal 641 red and BGS white. Reverse cut the self made graphic with the white applied over the red so the adheasive is what shows through the cling clear. I cut the cling with the cutter just a tad bit bigger than the decal and hand applied. Got better at the clingy application as I went along. The cling has no adhesive so cant use register marks as it just peals off the backing which is why the hand application. Anyone have a beter way to apply the cling with multi color? PacsMan

Thanks for the input everyone! I am now working on the "owner" for the funding Taking her on a Caribbean cruise tomorrow so I am hoping it will help loosen the purse strings.
Ken, (or is it kimme) Does the Graphtec have any vinyl tracking like some of the higher end models? I get asked to make 40' x 1" stripes but think I need some sort of stable tracking to make them. There is an error when trying to download the info PDF for the graphtec on the cutter website and on the graphtec site so I was unable to check out the specifics on the tracking question. Will do some more googeling to see if I cant find that out. thanks again, Mark
