Agreed the Problem with ebay, is the fees but more fustrating you ether sell the same crap as everyone else or you come up with an original design or creative use of vinyl and in a week 20 other people have ripped off your ideas. It gets fustrating especially when they low ball you and sell it for practically nothing. Thats my experiance with ebay and vinyl. But at the same time there is always money to be made on ebay. I've just started doing local business and it seems like its all word of mouth. The more people I tell about my skills the more business it generates. As for a website thats still something I want to do but generating traffic to your site is the key to any website.

What would you charge for 4 - 2 color 24"X8.5" decals. Basic graphic and Lettering so an easy weed and the customer is going to stick them himself. I put it into the calculator thing and it said about 14 bucks a decal. Does that sound right to you all? Thanks!

Thanks for all the help!! and for the cool calculators! Here is a pic of the graphic. When pricing do you just calculate length and width or do you consider the square inches?? Cause technically the square inches on this design isn't much but the lenth and width makes it more.

If I retract the blade any more it doesn't cut at all or just scratches the vinyl.

Mine does the same thing Ice22 but it seems like its only with black oracal 651 vinyl. All the other 651 colors I have work fine. I hope someone can come up with a solution!

Thanks Guys for the positive comments! As far as it effecting the sound. Neither me or the Drummer can notice a difference. If it was the side you hit I think it would effect it more cause that side resonates more. But so far it still sounds great and looks totally Bad A. It was a pain to do. I started first with the face and tried doing it wet but with the smooth slippery material of the head it was taking for ever to dry and to actually start sticking. Then the red we just did a dry apply. But the red was in two separate pieces because I only had 12" red vinyl. So it took some planning. Over all I think it all worked out in the end.

Does anyone else get inconsistant cuts? What I mean is I'll lay out a project, cut it and wow! It cuts perfectly, it weeds totally smooth and easy, everythings like a dream! Then literally 5 or 10 minutes later (no adjustments) I'll cut the same project again for more copies and then it will cut like complete crap. It will do one or all of the following: jumping/dragging blade, peeling corners, and weeding will be difficult because cuts aren't deep enough. Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me? One minute I'm SUPER stoked it's working so good then the next minute I want to throw the thing out the window.
