I know this is an old thread but I too just had the same issue. I've hardwired mind but now cannot get anything to power up. Fuse is good. Am I missing something simple?

I too was fighting with this. I needed to use the "DOCK 11" font for a job I'm doing. All I could find was an open true font (.otf file type). SignBlazer would not recognize it. I then went to www.font2web.com and it converted the otf file to other types for free. I just installed the .ttf file into my PC's fonts and shazam. Thanks to all the previous posts in this thread to help me figure it out. I hope I help any future strugglers.

Ok cool, that makes sense. Any ideas on how to get the jog button back in my Sign Blazer program? It was very handy in checking vinyl tracking and stuff.

How do I move the cutter head to where I want to start? I don't have a jog option in the program.

I hope this is simple and I'm just overlooking it. My PC died and I had to re-load Sign Blazer onto a replacement. I CANNOT for the life of me find a way to "jog" from the cutter screen. There is not jog button and it's not even available in the Configure Toolbar option. Anyone know how to get that tool added? Thanks!

No, they came right from Victory Junction. A friend of mine is doing a volunteer sponsorship on his race car and needs stickers so he got these right from them.

I would think that inside the cutter, it pretty much is an adapter before the USB cord outlet. Am I wrong?

Any feedback on this yet? I'm looking to buy an inverter to run my 24" Refine and laptop. I would like to know if the inverter worked and what kind of ratings it had. Thanks

I am also at the point of deciding how far to take this. To me it just seems best to search how to do it in your area.

Funny, I pulled mine off right away.......thinking that I was messing something up.

So I got my Refine in and a free sample roll of Arlon and hooked it all up. My racecar # design is just the Sofachrome font overlapped and welded. I tested with a small cut and applied it to a 1/24 scale model body just to show it. Now I just need to play with the software alot more and get more used to it. The cutter was suprisingly easy to set up and get it to cut well so I am really excited to do more. What do you think?

So I am new to vinyl cutting and am very excited to try it. I am sick of paying for my race car decals each year and would rather invest that money into buying the equipment. My first of what will be many questions is: In the few popular design programs, is it possible to split a design? So I can cut 36" tall race car numbers on a 24" cutter by splitting it and applying top and bottoms of the numbers to the car? Otherwise do I need to purchase a cutter large enough? Like I said, this is the first of my many questions but I feel I found a good place to ask them. Thanks

Thanks to both of you. I am now leaning more towards a 24" setup seeing that most of my stuff will be smaller. Haumana, my number font is a design I made with the #65 very italic and connected so it will probably be easier to tile top and bottom. Also easier for me to install to a stock car.
