Thanks for that info. That's certainly a more complete instructional than the manufacturer supplies. I had to run the "repair/modify" for SBE. The setup icons were not present for some reason. Once I could get to the setup, it only allows up to COM9 and mine was in COM19. I changed to a different COM port (which turned out to be COM8), set that in SBE and I was off and running again. Again, thanks for the help. I truly appreciate it.

I've had my cutter for about 2 years. I haven't used it for more than a year now. I tried to use it tonight and program can't communicate with the cutter. I get an error message that say it can't initialize the cutter. Any ideas or suggestions?

I've seen a few comments on changing the cutter force. Mine had been fine out of the box, so far. I have yet to see how to adjust the cutting force if it becomes necessary. Is it controlled from the software or on the cutter itself? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
