Yes the QR code will look different. I used Corel Draw to make the template and Qrafter Pro (For the iPhone) to make the QR code.

It was a new trash can. Smooth finish and did have a Teflon-feel to it. It was in the summer and it went on fine.

Post up a pic of what your are trying to do. That will help greatly.

You can save as a .bmp and export into Corel Photo-Paint (if you have it) and then use the cut out lab to edit the image.

Post up a template of the letters you want the LEDs in.

I use Qrafter Pro for the iPhone. It will generate the QR code as a bitmap or a vector. I use Corel and then weld the small squares that are next to each other. I think cut vinyl is a poor choice. You lose a few small squares and you code is useless.
